I am pretty sure the reason why 1954s attack everyone is because of fear of being attacked themselves, you see we were all new players once, we got targetted hard, so 1954s started attacking others randomly thinking that person was going go after them at some point, they beam to have the the first hit advantage but it doesn't end well when the enemy fights back.
This happens to small Animals irl where they are too small to run away and too weak to fight back so they use intimidation and start to become extremely violent over fear of being attacked and killed easily
