I had a good doctor back in the day at the VA after getting out of the army, he told me one thing, that was to never become your prognosis... I was working through PTSD, and some Wicked anxiety... few short years later I ended up working through it.. But like you my childhood was filled with foster care, getting beat up almost every day because I was a white dude living in the getto... Long story short... I had to learn to let go of it all and stop being so angry... luckily, I got back on track and got an education and financially okay by throwing myself into the Commodities markets and also continuing my education into computer science & radio communication Theory.. I now hold 4 degrees in business/project management , CS, software engineering and quantum physics.... And was lucky enough to get into the gold and silver at a time that the price was good... anyways just wanted the add my two cents the tell everybody not to become your prognosis and that the world is your oyster... 😎👍
