Great podcast, bro. I'm on my 59th day without a single drop of alcohol. I feel more energized, focused, and definitely have more purpose in my life right now. Thanks for sharing all this wise thoughts with us. Keep up the amazing work.
Bedros!! You my friend have done wonders for me!! You've given me the kick in the ass I needed to get back to the mind frame I had in my 20s even though I am 48. Have had a great job going on now 20 years, but a divorce 5 years ago sent my mental state into a tail spin for a few of those years. Been a lot of ups and downs. But thank you for your encouraging messages!!
I lost my state of mind and my job. Then I found Michael Singer who helped me find my conscious back. What I saw was a broken man. Then came Bedros. I’m gonna build the 2.0 version of myself starting today. When I’m done, I’m gonna fly to wherever Michael and Bedros are and give them a hug.
Bedros , sir , were the same age. I have been lifting weights for 20 years non stop. You currently inspire me wirh my platforms and my finances, and my 100% self ! I'm a combat vet who will never stop !!!! Thank you for what you do !! My son needs a masculine male role model . I have introduced him to your podcasts!
Bedros, I've wanted to write you for a while, and this episode moved me enough to reach out to say thank you for helping us guys out here. I have added your morning rituals to my daily routine. When I wake up, I drink too large glasses of water. I make my bed, and I text a friend or family member, thanking them and appreciating them for being part of my life. I work out every morning and every evening. I've read several of the books that you've recommended. I have spoken to a therapist for several weeks, and I have transitioned to a coach to help me with my limited beliefs. I have struggled in school. My whole life, I have been a slow learner with attention deficit disorder and difficulty concentrating. I do have compulsive behaviors and perfecting things. I am 55. I lost my wife to breast cancer seven years ago and have felt like a victim. I just ended a relationship with a woman I thought I would marry. My life has been challenging, but thanks to your learning and the lessons you teach, I feel I can overcome anything! Thank you, and I hope to meet up with you to shake your hand and look you in the eyes to show how much I appreciate you!
Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
I subscribed for a few trading courses but it didn't help much, been getting suggestions to use a proper financial advisor, how did you go about touching base with your adviser
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $485k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.
Bedros you are the Best!! My mind has blown in 24 minutes of your video totally making me take actions to change my ways of living! Have unsubscribed from all the channels i use to watch 1000's of hours. I'm also Armenian have grown up with limited beliefes as most do here, lot of fear and regrets, definitely your life example encourages me fires me up, gives me hope and drive to break this frame-walls around me and shift my mindset!! Than you so much brother!!!
I'd love to hear more about your spiritual life bro. I'm driven by the spiritual, not the material. Making tons of money and getting nice things doesn't motivate me. I am successful and I value money and nice things, but that's not what makes me truly happy or at peace. So I'd love to hear your thoughts on all these things.
Thank you brother from my daughter and myself. We’re on board with you. Working hard to make it all come together. I’m 56. The friends I have are either dead from substance abuse or sitting around talking about the way it was. Dead hearts and souls. This is so good.
Thanks for this episode! Im currently in the process to become a software engineer from being a chef for the last 13 years! One of the biggest obstacles I've always had was my language barrier, but honestly this was always an excuse I made for myself to not practice and put any effort into my speaking abilities. Now that I'm in my classes for software engineering part of my goals is to be able to clearly have a conversation with others around me and I ironically was using this video for shadowing practice. Not only this motivated me but it made it clear that I'm not nearly close to the best version of myself
Glad I found your channel, I hit like a slump for about a month where I was really struggling to get myself to work out everyday and eat correctly which I have been doing for 3 years now. I definitely struggle with the issue you talk about a lot about finishing what you start. Have a good habit of say, learning something complex like a new coding language and then learning how to build an app with it or something like that and then I'll get a business front and everything set up and then I'll get to the point where I need to incorporate and get the S corporation election but all my money is tied up to debt from my income and then it just ends right there. And then 2 months later at work people are like why are you still driving a semi You should not be driving a semi and so yesterday I asked the wife what she thought of me just quit my job and kind of forcing the hand and a look on her face 😂
Love it BK! I am 49 & have went through the stagnation of thoughts at early 40s of the “is this it?” And realizing there’s more than peaking for myself, but my world of family/friends and the people I serve need me to keep growing. Growth is an infinite game!!! (mic drop) 🎤
What am I doing to grow?. Going to university. I did shit in school and that led me to a self limiting belief that no level of schooling was possible. I found electronics recently and want to learn it on a level that will give me something to work on. I'm 41, a landscaper/gardener and my body isn't handling it any more, ai thought about the future that scared the fuck out of me, which had me thinking, uni. I had the last week off work and I've been the most productive ever, getting both my literal and metaphorical house in order, waking up at 5 and I feel the best I ever have, with your guidance on here. You brother, are a God send!.
Sometimes never peaking is simply not going backwards in any particular thing you do. For instance, at 71 it's unlikely I'll get stronger in the exercises I do consistently, but I am no weaker either than I was 5 years ago. I also like the idea of learning new things, always looking for new challenges both physically and mentally. Push yourself, age is not a barrier in all things, sometimes it's an asset.
