You'd love it more if Trump was president! I know I sure as hell would!
I saw this one and also the one in New York. They're disappointing. This is a celebration of America's birthday. It's not a concert to see your favorite entertainers. There's not enough patriotic music played or sung. There's not enough Souza marches. And the finale - the 1812 overture with cannons. I miss that. That's the way the celebration used to be, along with the fireworks.😢

When my brother and I went to our Grandma and Papas house for July 4th, all we had was Sparklers and Snakes, and we were really happy! We didn't need anything loud and over the top like todays celebrations!

If you were right there watching it it was ok, but we watch it on the TV,and they kept the singing on and showed them and very little of the fireworks,we always watch it but last night was bad we got to see very little,so next year we will turn in our local show, Macy's for us is over..BAD

When it will be the day people realize that is no reason to be proud or feel patriotic when the Water front public park is reserved privileged’s private parties while the big majority is confined behind a fence on the West Highway asphalt…
I can’t get my head around how this society finds this acceptable.
It's a money making event. Patriotism combined with capitalism. Can't have one without the other. Thanksgiving day parade is next as a corporate sponsor event.
