Post time skip is definitely more serious. I think i like it more the seriousness feels as if luffy and the rest are working way harder to accomplish thier goal, but yeah pre time skip felt more fun and like an adventure. Also your vioce/mic is a little low i couldn't hear some of what your saying
I definitely enjoyed pretimeskip One Piece more, but there are still many great moments posttimeskip moments, especially in Dressrosa, Whole Cake, and Wano.
Oh absolutely. I can’t say anything negative about the overall quality of post-TS - it’s better than pre-TS story wise but it’s missing a lot of that lightheartedness.
We ended pre time skip with Luffy coming out of a war, if things didn't get serious maybe people wouldn't have liked things, but at the same time all the seriousness doesn't give you room to breathe like pre time skip did

When first watching one piece I actually prayed for the show to get a bit more serious so that when the straw hats take out these big bad bosses post time skip it would feel as if they really worked for it, and when they took out the pacifistas it was the BEST feeling and it’s only been getting better! 🤌🏾

Precisely this. The story HAD to get serious. It’s not a bad thing whatsoever - like you said, it just means there’s little room for downtime.
