Gloria Steinem is who you are thinking of! She’s a journalist who went undercover at Playboy and exposed a ton of terrible things about their business, she’s an absolute icon
I love the house bunny. It’s one of my comfort movies. The woman you’re thinking of that went undercover to expose playboy is Gloria Steinem who is a popular feminist activist and journalist. Drunk history has a good episode about that specific expose that I recommend.
Why did I just realize this movie was based on Snow White? This was one of my favorite movies as a kid, I told my teacher I wanted to be a playboy bunny when I grew up 🥴
I love this movie so much, ana faris is honestly a comedic genius. and yes, that story of the bunny going undercover is real! Gloria Steinem was the one that went undercover, and there was a great movie made about it called "A Bunny's tale", you would definitely like it :)

Watched the Scary Movie franchise as a kid a loooot and also saw this twice on tv and loved Anna being the main character.
Was also cool being introduced to Kat and Emma through this movie.
I've seen this movie. I like Anna Faris and love Emma Stone, she's just... *chef's kiss in hand* beautiful, talented, funny and her eyes are a dream.
I love this movie! I’m so glad you did a video on it :) And yes! Gloria Steinem went undercover as a playboy bunny in the 60s to expose the working conditions
Wow I literally just found out the actor who plays Shelley’s love interest is Tom hanks son. Wow.
He looks just like him. You could see he has the same facial expressions.
@@taoist32 isn't curious how the one that looks like him is the "good son" (golden child) and the one that doesn't is the black sheep of the family?
@@carlalussini Oh yeah. I can totally see it. The other son seems to be the black sheep of the family. I feel that way sometimes, although not to the extent that guy does.
Also the girl who played Joanne (the girl who had the brace) is Rumer Willis, the daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis!
SAME
I often quote house bunny, I watched it about 10 years ago and became obsessed! You can still hear me saying 'Oliver and 'the eyes are the nipples of the faceplate too often.
my sister and i quote this movie on an almost daily basis i'm so happy you reacted to itttt
this made me want to rewatch this so bad!
i really love "what's your number" with anna farris too
This was both my first R-rated movie and my first Emma Stone role. I actually saw this for the first time on a school coach bus in 7th grade.
My sister and I would always watch this when we were sick! Such a comfort movie💖💖
Anna Faris is so cute. She was one of so many Celebrity crushes I had as a teenager and this is the movie that introduced me to this blonde cutie
OH MY GOD! Hey bestie! I’m literally obsessed with this movie, like it’s my comfort movie. Watching this wrapped in a fluffy blanket with a tub of Ben and jerry’s.. my depression literally melts away ✨😂❤️
I LOVE this movie so much. I hadn't watched it in probably a few years, saw it on a streaming service and clicked so fast.
