God bless whoever you are reading these words
AnnaRobinsonMusic hi your music is awesome !! I loved it !! never heard such a beautiful music !! may I know where to get the background music you used so that I will try once I receive my tin whistle , you will be my inspiration for sure !! and the website you provided is not working.
I was studying since 2 hours when I decided to take a break and I don't know why I found my old sweet flute of when I was 14...I really love celtic music and hearing u play such wonderful music really makes my day! :D :D who cares about university I want to play this music! ahahahah
You are beautiful and this really makes me happy. I am still kinda homesick. I am from Cork Ireland originally and I just wish my dad hadn't made us move. Like if you love Ireland (my real and always will be home)!
This was a song I could actually play at one point. But soon fortnite became a thing and lost interest in tin whistle. I could play really well and loved tin whistle I was really upset I couldn't play it anymore. But then I watched this video and got inspired agan now I can play better than ever Thank you Soo much Anna Robins 🙏🙏
Listening to these irish jig songs made my Irish side of me come out where I got it from my 6th great grandparents on my grandma's side( mom of my mother) of my family who lived in Ireland in the 1700s. I am proud to have Irish roots in my family. As well as Scottish, English, French, German, Dutch, African, Spaniard, Zapotec, Sioux, and Norwegian.
AnnaRobinsonMusic she said that it is beautiful, that she loves this kind of music and that she's now going to dance. Just in case you don't know Russian.
And some came just cos they wanted a new life somewhere else. My grandad on one side and great grandparent on the other came here and then some other family friends came over to escape the troubles
Can't believe people still spread this garbage that australians are descendants of criminals. Typical anti-white propaganda bs, don't believe that shit for one second. i want to thank you because i didnt know anything about celtic music untill I stumbled upon this video some 8 years ago. From there i started studying and now i play the whistle and am also a bagpiper
Yes, indeed! Many celts lived in our lands and have left strong cultural influences as seen in our traditional whistle music(we have wooden, not tin pipes), or long braided hair at men in "Apuseni" mountains of Transylvania(search for the images of "Horea, Closca, Crisan 1784"), or the the name of "Galati" city coming from the gals who lived there. The same thing in "Maramures" area, in northern Romania. Also search for "Celtic Transilvania Festival". Cheers!
Well one week ago, 3pm I saw this video. I ordered a tin whistle in the middle of the night. Today i got it and just one hour later i can play these themes. Thanks for inspiration!! (well I have played flute 8 years sooo now i have just one more xdd)

I remember watching this in highschool ~10 years ago and being so impressed I ordered a Clarke in D from across the world. It took like 3 months to get here and when it finally arrived I opened it up to find... it was in C. I still learned a lot of songs on it and annoyed many a teacher at school by pulling it out in the middle of class, but there's just something special about D major that makes me feel weirdly nostalgic. I'm feeling very tempted to buy another one.
Enny Enny but in the video, she played it in Tin Whistle, not Recorder...(though it can be played in recorder too, but it's hard as hell..)(sorry for bad english=_=)

In Australia there are many of us with Irish ancestors. Some came on convict ships and some came to escape the potato famine. This music is beautiful.
Bound for South Australia, eh?
And some came just cos they wanted a new life somewhere else. My grandad on one side and great grandparent on the other came here and then some other family friends came over to escape the troubles
My ancestors were basically sold into slavery "indentured servitude" but escaped once they reached America and joined the native tribes
My Irish ancestors were convicts sent to Port Arthur and the Womens Prison in Tasmania

I am so glad I have a (what I believe to be is a) brass/tin whistle :D And to think i found it lying around in my basement when I was 10 lmao
+Willow Lackett If it is metal, has some holes on the front and none on the back, then it sounds like a tin whistle!
If it's yellow/brass coloured it's probably brass. If it's shiny silvery/steel it's probably nickel, or possibly tin.
