Tortilla rolls - quick colorful snacks for party at home

Tortilla rolls are a classic party dish that is a crowd pleaser. What's more, the recipe is infinitely versatile!
Whoever was the first to spread flavored cream cheese on a tortilla, roll it into a spiral, and cut it into pinwheels was a true genius. Often, the pinwheel cream cheese filling is also dotted with an array of other mixtures, such as grated cheese, sour cream, and more - although the flavor combinations are only limited by your imagination.
