How come the commands are "c'mon" and "booyah"? Last time I played Splatoon 1, the commands were "To me" and "Nice!" Surely Nintendo didn't update it in 2019??
No it's just the version you're playing on. If you live in the UK it will be "To me" and "Nice!" American version will be "C'mon!" and "Booyah!" It's just different for other countries.
It looks like your having a hard time trying to paint the wall with your roller. You should move your camera up where you want to paint, and you can press ZR and you can paint on the wall. I hope this will help you solve the problem. If you couldn't understand what I said, than sorry.

At this point I would invest in 3 unless you can find a copy of Splatoon and a Wii U (assuming you don't have one yet) for a bargain. There probably are dedicated players for the game, however Splatoon 1 was taken offline because of some crap spreading around via multi-player matches. It's currently unknown if it'll be back up sooner or later but either way, the outlook isn't too good.
