About Muladhara Chakra:
Muladhara Chakra or the Root Chakra is the foundation Chakra in the human body as it is located at the base end of the spine. It regulates the skeletal system, hips, pelvis, legs and excretory system and hence, an imbalance in this Chakra affects these organs. It also weakens the grounding nature and one might feel unbalanced and physically unfit. A balanced Muladhara Chakra results into a strong sense of security and a healthy body so it is important to work on aligning this Chakra.

In activation of muladhara chakra, if one of the parents is dead then what to do, in my case my mother is no more, then???
So can I only touch the feet mentally of my father only??
Your mother is still there as a consciousness. You may touch both their feet.
