The fuel pump is only 80.00 from quantum fuel pumps . The speedometer fix is a little more expensive as you need to change the paddle wheel or add gps speedometer module from cando pro for 200.00
Hey man I just recently acquired a 2003 rxdi and it’s in a million pieces I managed to get it back mostly together but I’m having a hell of a time with the exhaust pipe any tips on how to conjoin the two with out that copper gasket falling out
Put permatex high temp on the pipe..then put the copper gasket on and put permatex on the other pipe and push together. then clamp it. It is one of the hardest things to do on re assembly.

Hey you might recognize my other account leo3247. I just wanted to say that today i checked out my old rxdi. The outside looks bad however, inside looks untouched (almost). Do you think i shoukd get it repaird or no? It has a broken speedometer and needs a new fuel pump. Thank you!
For me..I always try to repair them within a reasonable cost. It is rewarding so to if you can actually figure out the problems. Kinda like a scavenger hunt of sorts !
It was faulty. It was a code that the previous owner was getting on the engine before the rebuild. I installed a new one and all is good. Drove it all summer without issue.
I’m considering one of these, a 2002. How much for this computer diagnosis rig? I hear they’re tricky, maybe I should have one to help me keep it running?
399 US for the Cando Pro. That gives you 4 vins with it. They are awesome. You can diagnose and program keys. The di engines have so many sensors it is almost impossible to service them without some kind of diagnostic tool .

I got the same one can you tell me where I hook the hose up to flush it
There is a hose fitting beside the pump at the back top.
