I am sitting here in front of my screen exactly two years after you uploaded this video. I just wanted to thank you for giving me this motivation to try new things. I am starting to organise my time, because my graduation (Abitur) is right around the corner and your guides are really great for me to stay on track.
In the past few months I've been clearing up my schedule to practice filmmaking, video editing and all of that, as-well as being more active. I managed to get my screen time down to 5-6 hours from 9 and I managed to lose about 20kg+. It just goes to show that it's not always about having the time, it's about managing it properly.

At the beginning of 2020 I was 15 and started having programming online classes. Since then I kept working on it and nowadays I'm passionate about it. I'm actually working on an own mobile application. Thanks quarantine
Dein stuff ist qualitativ so unglaublich hochwertig. Ich ziehe meine nicht vorhandenen Hut. Weiter so.
I’m so glad YT Aldo recommend me this vid, it’s what I needed. I’ve been working at a dead end job which depresses me to hell so I spend the rest of the day watching Netflix or RUclips to forget about how I need to login for work the next day , essentially wasted months like that. The vid helped me realised that just because eod me hour of my day are limited by work I hate, doesn’t mean I should throw the rest of it down the drain. So I’ve stated exercising and taking online classes on weekend now to up my skills, It’s been two weeks now , hoping I can stick to this
You got this! I just barely got my first certification that actually means something and isn't just a high school type job, so keep it up! Don't give up on yourself, you'll get where you want someday, just keep working hard! :)
7:05 This was EXACTLY what happened to me and the EXACT excuse I gave myself to do nothing. i broke out of it periodically, but it was SO easy to fall into that comfort zone and I wasn't quite resilient enough to maintain a good routine
You make very genuine video @niklaschristl and I love that your content is to the point with full of positivity... 🤗 Keep it up dude👍 Best wishes to you From India🇮🇳
first of all, I've been wasting my time almost 2 years now, cuz of my school which's closed. I just want to say thank you for push me up to use my time with a right way. I also did my daily routine for the first time and I'm also going to write dairy for the first time. Just.. thank you. I got nothing to say more then that.
First of all, you are amazing man I’ve been watching your videos lately now and I have to say they are extremely good and it’s rare to find such good content and a good story teller too like yourself. Anyways I feel so many things now I wish if I watched this video earlier when it first came out, cause I wasted lots of my time and because of you I’m motivated to get better and focus on more things now and discover new things in life. So thank you for this piece of art and keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻🤙🏻
I wish I had watched this video earlier(in lockdown) but I've wasted so much time 😓 Lockdown was a great opportunity for me to grow as a person physically and mentally , to learn coding, to learn English communication, to learn about AI, to learn share markets, online marketing and the list goes on further.... I really wish if I could able to go back to the past and utilize those lockdown period but that's not possible unfortunately... 😪 But anyways from now on I'll take a note of my time and will use it wisely. Thank you so much for this video......! 🙌🏻
yea even though you haven't used your time wisely in the past, it's important to not dwell on that and realize that you still learned something from the lockdown; and each day is a new start to becoming more productive + a new opportunity to get the most out of your time
While watching this video, I think we should prioritize teaching students about time management since this pandemic or the virus will take years to eliminate. I was a student here in the Philippines and I'd experienced the loss of control of my time. I just realized that time management is crucial.
I use to call this "the time allocation problem", for whatever thing that you want to achieve that requires a big investment of time, how you allocate it will be between the first steps to reach that goal!
Hello from Brazil. Guys, tecnology is incredible. I use my phone to do everything in my life, my favorites apps are, Reminders, Calendar, Notes and Nike Run, they help me to improve my life, social media, doesn't take my focus, because I know all my responsibilitys. I run 10k everyday, since November, last year. All is priority, we need to find, what's more important in our life. David Goggins is an amazing guy to learn, how to become a discipline person. This video is incridible. Congrats.
Thank you so much for this video. It really puts in perspective how much time I actually waste on useless stuff like watching youtube or netflix. For the next week I will try to spend as little of my freetime as possible on youtube and other form of entertainment, and I will finally get to work on what I actually want to do.
