Its not a house, it is still a studio. He does not live there. Typical big studio are exactly like his. This is because they sometimes spend days working on an album or tracks and cannot leave the studio. Therefore, they need to rest, exercise and park their cars at the same place.
You should checkout the studios of Dr.Dre and other rappers. Their recording rooms only are the size of zack's house/studio.
