For nearly a million bucks I can get a much bigger condo in the U.S or a bigger house with big pool. These places are raking in the cash.I can't believe westerners from the states would pay that amount
They are not targeting westerners here, their target audiences are mainly Chinese who are used to living in smaller apartments but want that luxurious feel.
The sky duplex is nice, but it needs a large balcony. If you can afford the units, you probably don’t take the train (?), and what is with all of the common sitting areas…who would use them? What they need is a lush private patio area with pool and comfy furniture adjacent to a casual restaurant and bar with band where you can go to relax, much of which is outside with trees, shrubs, etc. The young lady in the video is exceptional…just want to give her a hug and a “nuggie” on the head. 🙄
The last one is nice, unfortunately the new Gouvernement sucks! So I am out but still watching the market. Thanks for your efforts

Very nice but my life savings is 21.5 million baht so I can’t afford this.
Two BTS stops past On Nut, so it's a bit out there. But prices clearly lower than they would be closer to Asoke.
800K for 30 square meter is not exactly low.

How much for the 2 bedroom?

imo, duplex is badly designed, might as well make it a real duplex, and it still would not sacrifice the view.
