Been staying in this condo for a month. If you don't want to book a long lease the monthly price we secured via Airbnb is about 21k TBH. I would definitely recommend doing that before you commit to a longer stay. The walk to the BTS is no problem and takes me about 8 minutes. The staff and facilities are great but after a month the space feels just too small and no natural light in the living room is a bit of a deal breaker for me. We like the area and love your apartment in The Line - it feels like much better value. BTW that funky coffee shop you mentioned Slabtitude is great :-)
My wife and I stay at the Park Nine out by the airport while we are building a house in Hua Hin. It’s pretty pricy but the thing about these condos is that my wife tried staying in one and the problem was small space , and most importantly, soundproofing-hearing other people around you. She could hear the lady next to her pretty easily throughout the day and night and felt like no privacy . Is this your experience?
No. I have stayed in 6 condos trying out different areas and I have never had any problems hearing people in the next apartment. The lack of space gets to me after a while but we have had some with really clever layouts that feel more spacious. @robdavinroy1761
