So the story is the following: We are in the middle of Cataclysm (Caused by Deathwing, don't confuse it with The Great Sundering) and the goblins are living their normal life: making profit from traders, polluting their island etc.. A big bad dragon (Deathwing) passes the island and makes the volcano to erupt. Chaos unleashes, you go on a bot and make an escape towards Kalimdor (as a slave). So this is where you have leave the island and never come back - presumably is all covered in ashes with the exception of The Undermine (official capital of goblins, is a set of tunnels beneath the island, never shown in the game). The ship gets lost and it's caught in a naval battle between Alliance and Horde. The Alliance destroys the goblin ship, and you will be saved from the shipwreck near The Lost Isles. I don't think people really understand how incredibly well the Goblin's music is composed, it brilliantly describes the race through its music, quite similar to the composition of the Blood Elves' music. The music of the Goblins is eclectic and sporadic, it invokes the hustle and bustle of a crowded city but still carries themes and instrumentation seen in tropical music. Applause all around Blizzard music team.
Despite all the metal and pollution I always found Goblin architecture to be cozy and relaxing and the perfect place to chill. It's hard to describe but it's just something I feel about certain types of cities and villages in games.
AAAAWWWWWW KEZAN WAS SO COOL!!! 😫 I wish blizzard will someday bring it back to its former glory and make it into the goblin capital city, fingers crossed 🤞
I sometimes go in "Bilgewater Harbor" in Azshara just to chill, it's pretty nice, and it has the potential to become a good capital, but I never see ppl around there
I love-love-love the WoW goblin soundtrack! I could listen to it all day long and most days I do :D Can anyone tell me what kind / genre of music this is or what would be similar to this? All the music streaming sites only recommend other WoW soundtracks which is not at all what I'm looking for :(

I never enjoyed playing as a Goblin, but their music and NPC lines are some of the funniest in the game. I think they're great quest givers
