🍿 This has to be one of the best movie reactions I’ve seen from you yet! Also don’t worry about tearing up over a volleyball because *trust* me when I say we all did when Wilson drifted too far out of reach in the sea 💧🏐🩸🌊

WHY are you the ONLY reactor who puts up comments complimenting himself? Narcissistic MUCH? OR are you just gaslighting? It is clearly a very conscious act on your part with which to edit this stuff into your video so tell us which it is? I mean REALLY now.... It must have taken quite some time to find these comments after searching through a bunch. So that was a concerted effort it wasn't as if you picked the first few that popped up. So exactly who you trying to convince here that your channel is worth watching when it comes to people... The new viewer or is that to yourself? You're obviously trying to use it as an enticement tool. You are Yelping yourself... and it is the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. It's as if you don't want to trust other people to figure out whether to like you or not. I hope you realize that nobody's going to think that your reactions are genuine if they read reviews about them. THAT ONLY make some seem even more staged. I'm just making you aware of that.

I remember seeing this movie in the theater. My girlfriend and I were getting all misty when Wilson was lost at sea, and we looked over at the couple we were with, and our friend’s husband was full on crying. He said afterwards that he was almost embarrassed by the depth of emotion in brought up, but that it was a reflection of Hank’s’ talent. That comment stayed with me, and I think of it often when I see a Tom Hanks film.

    2. Can you imagine how much back pay this guy is going to get? He's not a rank and file worker either. He's much higher up the food chain.
    3. To make himself look like an average out of shape middle aged man Tom Hanks didn't exercise and allowed himself to grow pudgy. Production was then halted for a year so he could lose fifty pounds, work out and grow out his beard for his time spent on the deserted island.
    4. Talk about using realistic tactics to survive.
    5. Wilson is exactly what he needed to maintain sanity.
    6. In a recent interview Hanks says that Chuck went back to Bettina Wings. Inside the opening scene package, among other things, were her divorce papers.

It's a story about drive, dedication, perseverance, defiance, despair, hope, adaptation, love, compassion, mental pressure, societal pressure, and the will to survive. The only thing this movie doesn't touch on at all is Religion, and I think it's all the better for not doing so. I strongly believe everyone should watch this movie at least once in their lifetime. Even if not all of it sinks in immediately, scenes that didn't make sense at first will come back to you years or decades later.

I love Tom Hanks' speech near the end about not giving up and just seeing what the tide would bring in. That's how life is sometimes. When things are at their worst, we don't have to do anything big or fancy, sometimes it's enough to just hang in there and see what tomorrow brings.

What an amazing movie, and wonderful 'Reaction!' 🙂
For myself, what really makes a good story stand out is if the Viewer can put themselves in that situation and imagine how they would/might handle things. It tells a good 'Story.'
"Castaway" ups that many-times-over, because it *NAILS* the importance of human 'Spirit!' Our will to endure, to adapt/overcome, to WIN with everything we've got, in spite of apparent odds.

This movie came out when I was about 10 and as a Boy Scout it’s still the scariest movie I’ve ever seen. This movie never left me, how the fuck can you survive on an island alone? You can’t. This fucking movie is genuine fear fuel

You might've missed it, but the volley ball brand is Wilson. They actually issues a special "Wilson" edition after the movie with the face on it. They still sell them. How about Hank's dieting method. He really went thru a transition.

Bro, if you think that dental care moment was horribly painful to watch you should watch the movie Misery with Kathy Bates and James Caan.
This is one of my favorite movies. Why? Because I see the movie as a powerful meditation on the power of choice. Chuck Noland hurriedly leaves for a work flight and unexpectedly crashes in the South Pacific. He who lives by the unrelenting march of time suddenly is on an island where time doesn't matter. His whole old life is destroyed and he must somehow live or allow himself to die. And when he is saved after giving up he has to learn to live in a world that long ago left him behind. Powerful.

This is a good movie. I see my twin sister is acting in it. Helen Hunt...I'm told I 'm a 6' 3 version of Helen.. Oh yes there are always storms, volcanos going around somewhere on the earth 24/7. You never been tropical island? First thing you do is save everything you can so grabbing the boxs was good. Next thing check water supply. You know the fatal 3.. You die 3 min no air. 3 days no water and 3 weeks no food. Oh yes coconuts hard to open. There is a technique. No u can live of coconut water. Cut your feet or anything on coral is dangerous. U can get quick infection. Take the pilots cloths...Everything has a use. Dont waste anything
Find a safe shelter,. Make a signal fire ready to go. Make marks in sand visible from air. Make water catching system from rain..Oh HELL YES that tooth gotta be pulled and u can get infection.
Great actor. I agree with you.. WHAT are you going for Memorial Day reactions? War movies... U probably got picked but if not I'll give you a great one NO ONE has reacted to yet. ""DEVILS BRIGADE"" true story of the formation of the first US/Canadian Unit in WW2. It became the most feared unit by the entire German Army.
Second be PATTON '70 True story of Americas Greatest General George Patton. Big budget film Documentary/Drama/War of the General in WW2.....
