Hi I dnt know much, but payment is only after you get invitation. And you can submit your profile only aftr IELTS.

Bro.. I just planned for the same but later I cancelled my plan.
UK has better ranked globally acclaimed universities. And of course Canada will accept degree from UK, but the thing is, it will take u almost 3-4 years approx. to complete your study and internship and it is in 2024 or 2025 that u would be able to move to Canada.
Even though it is said that Canada accept immigrants till 2028,rules can be changed @ any time. No one will get the priority in Canada like a Canadian student gets. CRS points are also subject to increase which makes getting a PR a bit hard by 2024
So choose wisely.
NB : This is something I found through my personal research and might be wrong.

Hello Maya, college nod chodichu tuition fee u can calculate for 4 years.Ideally living expenses part time cheydhu cover cheyyan nokkanam so that you pay from pockets only tuition fee, so based on that you can plan how much its gonna be. Loan aanengil they wiĺl transfer directly
