Hands down BEST instructional video! Every other video I saw, explained threading without zooming in on the specific parts of the machine. As a beginner, it’s important to not only explain step by step, but to show what you are doing. Thank you for doing that!
Oh my goodness I just replayed this video multiple times especially getting the needle thread and bobbin thread ready. I actually was able to stitch! Thank you for this video. I received my sewing machine for Christmas and all of the classes in my area have waiting lists. Today was my first try. I am so intimidated threading the machine. Home Economics flash backs from junior high! Lol. Thank you for this video!❤️
Omg thank you so much, I tried 10 months ago but kept getting stuck… trying again now. My mom bought me this machine in November 2021 and she passed February 2022 and I haven’t used it since before she passed. She would be proud.
My wife bought a 4423. We watched your video together and it made the initial set up very simple! Plus it gave her the confidence to begin sewing. Thanks
I haven't used a sewing machine in literally decades, just bought the 4411. This video is very helpful, and gave me good tips to transfer the thread from the old bobbins to the new ones, and how to set up the machine to get sewing. Thank you! A lot of the thread I have is old, and I'll need more bobbins, so I guess a trip to the store is in order now.
I hope everyday you live is filled with greatness and happiness. This is by far the best tutorial. So thorough and was able to successfully use my machine. Thank you so much!
So glad I stumbled on your video! I was having stitching issues and kept rethreading the top part and didn’t realize that the lever was not all the way up as its supposed to be! Thank you for the clear instructions!
Thanks a million! Please keep the Singer 4411 videos on youtube forever - I can't sew without them.
I wish I had watched this before starting my project. This would have saved me hours of frustration!!! Excellent demonstration!
I am a self taught sewing and your videos helps me so much thank you
Best video ever!!! I’m totally new to sewing and watched several videos and this by far is the best tutorial! Thank you so much! Now I’m super excited to get sewing.
Thank you so much for this! I was having so many tension issues and you said EXACTLY what I needed to hear. It is too late to try it out now but I am going to try first thing tomorrow morning!
I am very very new to sewing and you are the BEST. Your video helped me to sew my first line. It is very helpful and the instructions are very clear. Thank you so much!
thank you!! after watching lots of other videos and reading manuals and guides online, i finally learned how to thread my bobbin from your video!
I'm new to sewing and I just bought this machine. Great video, thank you.
Fantastic! I just *fixed my son's sleeping bag with the help of this video (we ran out of bobbin and I couldn't recall how to fill it back up.) Thank you! Subscribed!
I also appreciate that "all the way up" tip, I suspect some times my wife is having "bobbin problems" perhaps it's related? I'll save the advice until the opportunity to help presents itself but that's a great tip I never knew about the squeezing plates, me and my son looked into the machine @ thread guide #3 while moving the foot up and down to see if we could see the mechanism moving and sure enough we see it!
Thank you SO much for this video. I was going nuts all afternoon with a loose thread.
I bought my machine five months ago, I sewed a sequin fabric and the needle broke and then I didn't want to use the machine anymore, until I found your video that helped me to put the thread correctly, which I was also doing wrong🤦🏻♀️
Thank you very much.
Thank you. I haven't been sewing for several years because of illness and forgot how to thread the bobbin because I've used so many machines over the years. This video was great!
We had only my moms sears sewing machine (it is now 46 years old) I could NEVER get it to work right the threads were everywhere except where i needed them... I gave up on it.... This past year I wanted to buy a new machine, but before I could I had inherited this Singer 4411 and love it.. I learned a lot from this video, on the simple mistakes I did on the Sears machine... Thank You
Best tutorial ever. My stitch came out perfect. Thanks so much!
Great, clear threading demonstration - thank you so much!
Wow what a great tutorial!!! Thank you, I am new to sewing and I just set up my Singer 4411. ❤️
Great video. I was frustrated, trying to wind the bobbin. Great tips on thread. Thank you.
Thank you so much have this Machine for more than 1yr and didn’t know how to use it thanks to you now I am able keep up the good work
Thank you so much for your videos! If I wouldn't;t have found this I would have been lost as the machine fdoesn;t come with a very descriptive manual. Basically not really a manual. I was having issues with the tension, and thought I was loading the thread correctly (I'm self taught, so it's been mainly guess work from what I knew of my previous machine) but definitely wasn't. Thank you so much, I have already learned a lot from you :)
Thank you so much for sharing this video.
Thanks for this video! It had me and my new machine up and running in no time!
OMG I've always wanted to use a sewing machine, but the bobbin and threading the needle confused and scared me every time. Thanks for this excellent video.
Very informative for a beginner. Thank you so much, you explained all the details.
Thank you so much foe this video! I just got this machine and it’s my first time using a sewing machine in over 10 years, and was getting so frustrated that the thread kept jumping out and was getting bunched up behind - turns out I wasn’t threading it right at all! Threading with the foot down, and missed the guide just at the top of the needle too!
Wow!! Fantastic Video
Thanks so very much
Very helpful. Thank you for doing these great videos
happy to help!
Singer should have had you do their official tutorial for this machine. Would have been using mines by now. Thanks for the video!
beautiful description. so so clear and thorough. thank you ❤
Thank you so much for this thorough tutorial!
This fixed my problems
Thank you, thank you, thank you for a detailed explanation and demonstration.
Love this video help me set up my machine. Thank you.🙏

Thank you so much, it made a huge difference follow your steps.🙏🏽
The best tutorial
This video was so helpful. Thank you so much. The machine seems to be pretty loud tho, the noise is annoying. Is it just mine?
MOST excellent tutorial!!! Thank you!
Thank you so much for the best video explaining this out there. 👍❤️
Really really want to get one of these machines. Live in Barbados
Thank you 😊
Great tutorial! Very helpful.
Thank you so so much for this video, it helped me so much!
Thank you so much 🌷
This was so helpful thank you!! Quick question for anyone: if the spool of thread is “stacked”, and I place it on the vertical spool spinner, should where the thread comes off the spool be coming out the top of the spool or the bottom of the spool?
Your videos are better than those produced by Singer. Lots of helpful tips and tricks! But no matter what I do, I cannot get this bobbin thread to lift. I've followed your instructions meticulously and I still couldn't get the bobbin thread to catch. Watched a few other videos, took off the bobbin holder and confirmed that the timing is *way* off. Hook is nowhere near the needle as it comes down to catch the bobbin thread. I guess that's what you get when you check a machine out of the library - it needs servicing :)
Awesome directions, thanks 🙏
Thank you !!🙏🏼👏🏻
Thank you so much it help me alot , I have a question what is the correct needle size for this machine
Excellent!
Best video thank u so much I was so lost thank u so much
what kind of thread do you use
Life saving!. Thank you 😊
Thank you!
how do you thread the needle? i am confused as to where the thread goes through...
This was a great video. Works great but this morning I wound a bobbin but can’t get the bobbin off the top. It’s like struck. What do I do?
Thanks for da vid bestie
This was such a helpful video on threading the needle and bobbin 🧵 thank u 🙏🏼!!!
When fabric not moving reason not known please explain how to rectify
Hi what that little circle button for with the plus an minus sign on it for an how should it be position please
Thank you!!
My machine is running when I compress the pedal but its not winding up the bobbin.
Great tutorial! I have trouble with this machine jamming all the time. So frustrating.
Can you tell me what is going wrong?
Please explain about fabric not move switches
Nice Soy machine 👌
My thread keeps getting tangled in the back what am I doing wrong I followed all the steps but it continue to do this
When I push the bobbin to the right, in the winding slot, I hear a whirring inside the machine but the bobbin does not spin
Help!!! I've just bought the 4411 brand new few days ago. Today I got it started up and got the shock of my life when I pressed the foot to wind the bobbin! Its sooo loud! Like screeching loud. Even after I started to sew (like max 20cm along) I had to stop sewing because its horribly loud. What should I do? Was it suppose to be this loud? Or will it settle as I sew along?
I need some help to start my brand new sewing machine. It is locked. I can’t move it please help me. It is turned on the light and the threading works but I don’t know how to make it move the part where the needle goes. Help me please
What happens if you don’t pull the bobbin thread loop through on the top? I haven’t been doing that and have been sewing away, but I keep having issues with the top thread ending up in the bobbin.
You need to zoom in on the needle so we can see you threading it. Also, I can’t tell how you wound out of the bobbin and placed it under the foot.
What type of thread, cotton or polyester or blend?
What those it work with transformer or direct
Ty!
I’m going to cry I’ve been struggling for two three days and still can’t get it right lmao. My bobbin keeps getting jammed or bunched up. Idk. I’ll try again tomorrow
Great video. Want to purchase for my granddaughter and want heavy duty. This is good basic, however, quite fast. Is there an ability to slow it down for beginners?
Just don't push the pedal as hard. I'm a beginner and don't have any issues going too fast.
What threat do you recommend for beginners?
Thanks
What if the bobbin thread doesnt come??
how thread singer model 209c thank for teaching
My bobbin just won’t catch the thread, I don’t know what to do
Why would the machine have a knocking sound ?
How,much will this machine cost in Sri Lanka money.
👏👏👏👏 ❤
My bobbin is not threading/winding?
Mine too
I have tried all this and my machine is still not stitching 😭😭😭
Wheres the loop
Hi my bobbin is too loose
Why is my machine not sewing other fabric besides cotton.
See if this video helps answer your fabric question: ruclips.net/video/UdpK4e3S58Y/видео.htmlsi=SG437-c5X3RxdtvH
It’s not winding up. I hear the machine going but its not moving the thread to the bobbin.
I’m trying to put thread on the bobbin, sorry should have said that. Brand new machine, threw out box, ugh
Bobbin not coming off after fully wounded
You have shown the thread incorrectly for winding the bobbin. Look at the manual, it goes from the reel to the "1" then directly to the loop, not via "2". "1" to "2" is for when you actually sew.
Sorry but the parts that are not familiar to me went too fast. The thread guides at the needle. Especially since they are small, maybe more attention to them next time please?
The manual gives a better way of threading. I tried to follow the video and it didn’t work. I was getting so frustrated.
With all due respect, threading the first thread guide is correct, but not threading the second thread guide. for bobbin winding.
It's on page 12 of the manual.
Really annoying
