Shop Safety:
In some of my videos I will share my experiences regarding shop safety. This is based on my knowledge and understanding, however ultimately you are responsible for your own safety so you will need to determine how to properly operate equipment in your shop to maintain your safety. You may want to consider taking some woodworking classes at your local college or craft center. Some Woodcraft stores around the US also offer classes on woodworking.
Great video! I’d probably buy the finished product since time is too precious for me. Thx again!
Thank you very much for your feedback. This is very helpful!
Excellent video - I'm all in on Kit #3 and/or the finished product - nicely done.
Hi Michael, thank you very much for your feedback and interest in one of the kits/final product! I’m working on adding the options to my website.
Excellent - just let me know when you products are on your website. Thanks for the quick reply. Mike A.
Awesome video, again, Ken. Well done! I really love your pacing. You crack me up with how refined your finished product is. As just a simple handyman, I think in terms of simple functionality, not beauty for such tools, but I certainly admire your craftsmanship. I'd think either kit #2 or #3 would be the most attractive. My reasoning would be that it would be fairly straight forward for me to glue and cut out the basic shape, but it would be more challenging to get the parts for the rear clip and the proper Velcro-equivalent. Instead of the acrylic template, I'd be just as happy to have a PDF I could cut out and attach to my plywood, perhaps with spray-on adhesive. Nice work!
Hi David, Thanks for the feedback, including about the PDF. I'm gathering info. from the various comments so I can summarize a game plan for the kits/drawings. Thanks again, Ken
Wouldn't need the template nor the push block--but none of the kits fit that description. Thanks!
If there is an interest in a kit without the template, I can do that. Which components would you like to see in a kit?
Nice idea. I would probably go with kit #2.
Hi Bob, thanks for the feedback😊
