Don't be fooled by the title. You can do Help Desk and have Chipotle at the same time.
😂
😂😂
Truth....😂
Heck be IT Tech for Chipotle!!
@@Dee-zy2xv Congratulations. You have passed the final test.
How can you say something so controversial yet so brave 😂
I’m starting my new position Monday as a Service Desk Technician Bilingual.. Thanks to Josh and CourseCareers 💯
3 important points I learned from this video is 1. As a fresher no need to negotiate 2. If its not working, change 3. CCNA is better than cisp.
Thank you
I am currently at the final section, I love how great of a teacher Josh is! He is very clear and explains things in a very simplistic manner.... Highly recommend it guys
Love Josh; do genuine and kind❤️🥰
My man double chipotle wage; I’m happy for you!
My stress level in this SME tier 1 role is a 1, compared to my aerospace role, stress was 5/5 dystopian nightmare. So far, I'm loving IT.
Love this!!!!!! I just paid for your course last night!!!!! I can’t wait to get started!!!!
Awesome! Thank you! ^^
@@JoshMadakorhi question. Are linux/active directory and cisco networking included in course? Thanks
@@JoshMadakorwould your course go good with I.T course on course careers
Great advice, thanks. Congratulations btw 👏 👏 👏
Thanks for sharing. Great gems 💎.
Congratulations 🎈🎉🍾
Great video
Great vid Josh. Which of your courses would you recommend for someone breaking into cloud? IT one or cyber one? For context - I have no IT experience, a non - technical degree and corporate experience in project management. This is a career transition. I’m also currently on a cloud bootcamp but feel like I’ll need more hands on knowledge that your courses seem to provide. Thanks in advance
Hey Josh I’m willing to do a video with you as well.
@JoshMadakor, please what js WGU? Also, could you please suggest some good application trackers for job seekers.
Any advice on obtaining a Sys admin role?
Just learn the practice skills that is associated with the job and do home labs
I’m at WGU for cybersecurity but have no real experience if I wanted to do one of your classes should I start with the IT first or go straight to the Cyber security course?
Good question
Edit: I’m finishing up with WGU
@@enriquevalenzuela507 Since you are already almost done, take the Cyber course
Either gain a lot of exp to jump over to security roles ( your degree is a foundation, but it’s not a guarantee to a security job with no exp) OR, start at help desk then job hop higher tier roles (sys admin, net admin, etc..) then find a SOC/Security analyst role. Either course should be OK. Since you’re in security try his security course. I think a help desk job would take you with either course. But your degree is much more valuable.
How are you able to afford WGU??
Josh I’m 19M should I do wgu or go to my local state school for CS? I already completed an associates in CS but my parents think I should go in person because I don’t really talk to anyone , they are gonna pay for some of it
Getting a good job in this market is not easy. WGU is more of a "check the box" degree for people with more experience. You should pursue the state university degree just because you're at a point in your life where you don't need much responsibilities besides school, so going to a state school will give you both networking with future colleagues/bosses if you need a job, as well as access to research opportunities and building relationships with professors in case you want to get a graduate degree. WGU can't give you any of that. Years from now you'll always have the opportunity to do WGU but you won't have the opportunity to just go to an in-person university like you do now without a huge opportunity cost.

Josh, I have been asking this question for months already, I'm not a US Citizen, does it make sence for me to take your course? Note: I'm looking to work remotley with US companies, is this something Acheivable by taking your course? Pls answer.
I would say no
I would say no, too. While the course may help you get the skills that you need for an IT job, most American companies requiere you to be elegible to work in the US even if the job is remote. (If you are a legal resident this may be acceptable.) However, there are a few companies that hire for remote positions and don't require you to be an American citizen. Most companies tell you in the description from where you want you to be.
Did he put the college he didnt finish in his resume?
I did and they never asked about it during the interview. When I did the background search I didn’t submit a diploma just my HS one

I legit eat Chipotle 5 days week.
