That’s a very informative video and thank you so much for explaining in detail about the preventive measures sir. Recently in January we lost our close cousin who was just 45. He had a sudden cardiac arrest and his brain was dead 😔😔. Though the ambulance arrival is fast in the U.S but in this case, the cpr should be given immediately to avoid the brain damage. I think that is not possible for any ambulance to come so quickly and do it. We lost him and he left all his family in so much grief 😔😢. He was a healthy person with healthy habits and went to the gym regularly.
I actually feel so very short of words that are actually required for praising you as well as for all your efforts that you actually make every time in sharing your very knowledge with all of us. Thank You .
A very important, informative and well explained video with so many preventive measures and tips. Thank you Dr.Nene for awakening everyone, especially the non medico people, with proper guidance n positive attitude 🙏🙏
Dr Nene, thank for explaining the information in such simplicity and also just enough detail for a common layperson. Your patients must really appreciate your bedside manners.
I hope KK would have watched this vedio. He could have been saved. Anyways thank you so much sir for such informative vedio. It would definitely help us, God bless you and your family 🙏
@@VB-dp5oz but it’s like any other thing where u were meant to go to ur gp and have health checks before getting the vax. If there was any health conditions, the gp would’ve advised against getting it. Grow up man. Billions of people have had the vax……how many have died? Like 10%? Plus, it hasn’t even been proven that kk died from the vaccine. It’s hilarious how everyone tries to be a Dr online and posts shit comments. Honestly, grow up! Thank you so much for this informative video. I have an elevated cholesterol and really panicked for a year or 2 over it. I thought it was the only indication of risk of heart disease. I feel better listening to you.
Thank you Sir 💝 for such useful information on heart deseases 🫀and Cardiac arrest. What we could do, to be in constant consultations with Physicians, following healthy lifestyle and most important one, Prayers and Meditations are great to feel better and healthy.

My father had COPD and esophageal cancer from being a heavy smoker since his teen years (he quit once diagnosed with cancer). The cancer was cured through surgery, chemo and radiation. He went to his doctor many, many times over the following years complaining of shortness of breath, and was usually just given different inhalers. This went on for 15-20 years. There were even a couple of hospital ED visits where he was looked after by a respiratory physician. The heart was never considered. Turns out he had congestive heart failure and his doctors had never requested an ECG, despite him being well over 50 at the time, slightly overweight and having a history of smoking. He had a successful CABG surgery, but by this point he had already developed vascular dementia and his LVEF is still in the heart failure range. I would probably also add shortness of breath, dizziness and coughing when lying flat to the list of symptoms to be cautious of.
Do not be obsessed with heart. My father had a heartattack at 42mild one. He got into a major accident at 80. He is now 85. Had a disabled child to look after stress everything one thing.. Take care but dont grt obsessed... Be fearless that is his funda.. His friends all died who use to come home with ecg result echo test result cholesterol etc

🙏🏼 thank you for sharing critical information which can save many lives. I am amazed, being a Dr you have extremely busy schedules and taking time to create these videos to help others is unbelievable where as person like me can’t even take time to take care of my own health with busy working lifestyles and home chores. It’s hard to find time to exercise life is slipping out of our hands running around making money to keep up with expenses pay uni fees to build our children’s future so they can be dependent to have a better carrier brighter future.
Heart attack or cardiac arrest are the serious problems and I think they are unpredictable if regular medical care is not taken. There were many points I was unaware about. It's so important for young generation to learn how to handle their health with their busy life. As always this was interesting and informative too. 👍 Thank you sir ❤️🤗
Thank you Dr .. request you to upload more clip as it seems to be concern for everyone..every little detail of yr expertise is gonna help for sure ..truly believe it's high time to be cautious..keeping in mind all the other factors.. regards
Thank you Dr. Nene for such a precise informative video. Information is key. I am in healthcare. Being someone who never comments on any videos or social media, the content and your compassionate style of delivering the information couldn’t stop me from commenting. Just curious to know if any studies are being done on correlation between Covid and increase in heart attacks and cardiac arrests in young adults? Is there any connection given Covid induced myocarditis? Could you please do a video on this and suggest routine tests to detect early signs of heart disease to ensure heart health?
DR nene you look so profesional.... and look very classic.... truly admire yr Profesion.. Maduree is certainly so very Proud of you ... you guys shining starts
Thank you so much for this helpful information and let me remind you please you have said in your previous video that I will share information about residency and we are still waiting for that please if possible share it as soon as possible thank you once again
Life saver vlog Doc! People should also get a CAC test done (Coronary Artery Calcification - test) which gives your Calcium score. That in addition to Intermittent/ Prolonged Fasting + healthy Keto + Exercise AND especially Vit D3/K2 supplements to mobilize the Ca from the arteries to vital areas where it's really needed viz., bones and soft tissue. After all "Prevention is better than Cure!"
Thanks Dr Nene for sharing the valuable information. This issue is indeed very alarming in today’s times. Thankfully, you have brought light to very important aspects which can help one to manage this issue.

Dr. Nene thank you so much for explaining heart attack and its treatment and prevention. Sir I have a question in relation to this topic. Sir, I am really concerned about the future prognosis and would like to know from your vast clinical experience that what is usually the future in such cases. Although I understand that it is impossible to predict anything and each case is different. But Sir, please help me. I wish to lead a normal married life with him and this is a major concern for my family. Hoping for a response from your side🙏🏻
Hi Dr Nene thanks for ur informative session. I am also a doctor gynecologist so I needed much awaited answers . Why do youngsters die with MI . Could u please throw light on coronary calcium score to predict as a primary preventive measures.
Great question. Calcium scoring can help to risk stratify patients who have calcification due to heart disease. But as often happens, soft plaque may not be seen on a calcium scoring heart CT. Therefore, the index of suspicion should be low if you have risk factors and symptoms to go and get a workup.
One more quick question U mentioned about cholesterol not a risk factor according to various studies . What about role of triglycerides? I have seen many of my gynec Pts to have high TG because I live in Middle East ,they r too young Pts .
