    My father passed away last week from cardiac arrest. It was so sudden. One moment he was there and the next he was gone. He was complaining for two weeks of breathlessness and doctors were treating him for asthma instead of the heart. Edit: to all the insensitive jerks asking about vaccination. He was NOT vaccinated for Covid.

    Fully agreed. As a cardiologist, I could hardly remember any young heart attack happening in the absence of smoking or diabetes. Actually the cholesterol issue is overrated unless it is a rare familial condition ( Familial hypercholesterolemia). Incorporating healthy lifestyle in daily routine is the most effective preventive measure.

I have been following 12 hr fasting for a week now and along with weight loss , already seeing other benefits such as decreased hair loss. Keep up the great work! Excellent video. One thing that you probably missed was the role of sleep apnoea/ snoring ( by increasing cortisol and precipitating/ worsening insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome ).
    Increasing the fasting period to 16 hrs or more or OMAD diets, helps by reducing insulin resistance and reducing circulating insulin levels....and reducing visceral adipose.

    Stress is the number one reason for cardiovascular diseases. My father had an ideal weight and yet he had an episode of silent heart attack. He is doing a lot better now.
    So folks, please take care of your mental and physical health. Manage your stress please.
    Even if you are a fit physically and still feel pain and congestion at your heart area, back pain, breathlessness and pain in left hand.
    Please get yourself checked these could be early signs of an impending heart attack.

    Dr. We seriously doubt this COVID vaccines. In the last one year the amount of heart attack deaths have increased drastically in my locality. Especially in the last 4 months we lost around 15 people due to heart attack mostly all in the age group of 40s and 50s. A Few people in their 20s and 30s also.

      @priyabratasaha3895 Год назад

      @@prashanthbalachandran4893 you should understand something in this matter. There was no connection of heart attacks with any other vaccines in India before right? We all have had vaccines for various diseases in our childhood. Then why are people concerned about covid vaccines? One big reason is that it was clearly mentioned that covishield has side effect of blood-clot. This is fact stated by SII themselves. They have stated the incident was 'rare' but there were no numbers given. So it is not very irrational to doubt the covid vaccines especially covishield when we are seeing this huge hike in cardiac problems. The government should inspect the matter thoroughly and this should be a priority. Anyways, we should not just deny the possible connection.

Also, a lot of people have complained about lethargy and pain that last for months after COVID shot. That's why I never got the booster. I had pain in my arm.for 1 year.
      Also, I have had COViD 2 times and I just took the steroid that is given nowadays in US if one gets COVId, the symptoms go away within 2 days so there is no need for COVID shot.

    Thank you Dr pal, one day you will realize that our mindset and attitude towards life is The main reason for all health issues. Humans have become very mean and lives life in lies always.
    No one is even truthful to themselves and moved away from their own consciousness.
    That’s the only reason Mother Nature is slapping us left right and centre with covid, earthquakes and what not.
    No use analyzing what problem is caused by eating what and doing what exercise and sleeping when … are we living our life under the framework of dharma ?? If is atleast from 50% of the worlds population can say “yes” truthfully, then we are safe and can live a normal life.
    Our bodies are influenced by our minds 99% ….. everthung else is 1% onky.
    Man should become smart to investigate the other 99% of the problem to fix the main issue on hand.
    If people keep thinking they are correct then …. This situation will continue and there will be more problems to investigate and discuss endlessly
