China is putting hell amount of money on R&D in almost all sectors. To name them few autonomous Driving Cars, Quantum computing, AI, Robotics, Green Plantation across across Gobi desert, Industrial automation, Defence technologies, Space technologies etc
India is easily 50-70 years behind China, meanwhile we are just happy to compare ourselves with Pakistan.

ur right that many other vehicles also use highways but in reailty which vehicle causes most jams and traffic in highway? which vehicle is the most polluting? its cars. its privately owned personal cars because they have the lower ppl to vehicle ratio and they take the most space for the given number of ppl, so investing heavily on making public transport way better is more benificial to everyone in society including those who have cars and dont have cars.

Also, I heard 2-3 bridges collapsed in the last couple of weeks on another news channel. There were some deaths and yet nobody was held accountable! I can't remember the exact details as I saw it a few days ago. I think it was on HW English channel, u can find it.

Different sub contractors used different materials, although everything used was shit.
When they were building,I knew this is gonna fail.

I used to make films for different govt. departments. My payment from a research organization funded by the central govt. is still on hold for 2 years. Seems that amount has been used for distributing afternoon tea to the workers for a day while making 0.5 km panchayat road.

Between 1947 and 2014, 1 Km of a 2 lane road ( 2 up and 2 dn ) was counted as 1 Km of road built. From 2014 - 24 the fuzzy logic kicked in where 1 Km of a 2 lane road ( 2 up and 2 dn ) is being considered as 4 Kms of road built. Similarly 1 Km of a 3 lane highway is being considered as 6 Kms of roads built. So, this huge figure you are presenting just represents probably a 4th or a 6th of the total length of roads built. Furthermore the quality of roads are highly questionable because much of the money being paid to contractors for the road construction ends up with the ultra corrupt BJ Party.

Good content. Education system needs revival. As a teacher I want Modi ji should develop effective school strategies so that students could learn the basic skills along with academics so that they may fit themselves in the society and offer more of job opportunities in various fields starting from IT to Packaging and distribution which will indeed increase the GDP.
RND program should be more focused as Indian students are leaving their own country as because they don't find best lab facilities, development oriented program, research and practical projects. Government is lacking behind and only forcing the teachers with ill paid salaries. This strategies will make the situation more worse and future of students in dark.
The people's hard earned money is gone in their pockets to buy expensive cars, flats etc. While the poor is still trying to think how to put food on the table for their families.

Planning is poor not gutterlines designed for outlet of water. Old
Canal flooded.. main marketplace 4 lane road washed off.

1) Unemployment
2) Inflation
3) Strong infrastructure (roads,bridges,hoardings)
4) Education
5) Healthcare
6) Strong law against hate speeches
7) Strong punishments for negligences on roads like Pune case
8) Strong law against rapists and abusing their modesty in front of public
9) Equality (treating criminals as well as political leaders)
10) Data breaches and spam calls loan calls should be stopped unless opted for it
11) Hate debates on media channels
12) Awareness and centres for fitness as per Lancet 50% of Indians do not meet physical activity level criteria
13) Farmer’s income and resources
14) Food regulations
15) minimising corruption at ground level specially where it’s dangerous like giving permission of play zones game zones without adequate protection,same with bridges
16) Bulldozer policy should be removed
17) harsh punishments for rioters in the name of god and petty issues like on movies and threatening
Apart from this major issues are
- Border security
-Improvement in Relationships with Pakistan, China and Canada
- Climate & Environment
- limiting on cutting trees
- Global warming

There are many more but these are the core issues if these are addressed we may see positive changes in others as well I know it’s not achievable and not going to be achieved in time to come but even 50-60% of are done then we will be at better place because we chose govt for these reasons only so they have to be accountable? Not for others where it’s not required!

Infrastructure returns are always slow so 25years is reasonable. Unfortunately it's always a risky investment doesn't mean we don't have to make it so I hope push on railway, highway and ports remains at an outstanding pace.

Central Govt should take back the Agniveer scheme and also focus more on EDUCATION and HEALTH sector. In my state Arunachal Pradesh both of these sectors are in pathetic condition. For schooling we can turn to private institutions but there is next to no private hospital to turn to if the situation arises. I don't know what our Government is doing AP gets the highest fund from Center yet there is next to no significant development apart from Highways which is funded by, again Central Govt.

I don't think they will spend more on education, health and R&D because they have two alliance partners waiting for a special package then UP, MH and HR will go for election with GDP of 7% definitely we can only see reduction not increase.
