Took a friend to pick up a 1973 Firebird Formula that had been sitting for about 6 years in a horse barn.. it didn’t want to run at all.. but we got it going.. as my friend’s courage built up while he drove it home ( I followed )..on a straightaway he floored it…And I swear 10 pounds of acorns, bird seed and mouse nest came out and blasted the front of my Civic.. neat car, but the whole bottom of it was rotted away.. We salvaged the twin scoop hood and rear spoiler and most of the interior.. but it was a shame to see it go to salvage

That’s the fiber glass from the muffler it’s supposed to be in there
Not when it becomes loose and clogs up the pipe.
The material had the same consistency of rat bedding. We will investigate it more once we get it in the shop.
