Most reason follower from twitch works for me but not most recent subscriber from youtube. It just want to create a blank very long rectangular canvas. I have both twitch and youtube connected to streamlabs, Anyone know how to fix it?

When making mine, the default is very skinny and verticle instead of horizontal. It doesn't show the text. What should I do?
Change the width and height
Mine is the same just a thin black line and no text coming up. How do you adjust this?

Go into your Twitch settings and double check that low latency is enabled too 😄

The lable type setting just isnt there for me, the top option i have is use google font. This is really annoying

I'd recommend contacting streamlabs chat support
mine just shows the message: (name) and doesn't actually add the name
I'd recommend deleting the old one and adding a new one and it should fix it in case anything got edited by accident
