I would not be surprised if defence asks "During the assessments did you take any bathroom breaks? Did you fold or scrunch the toilet paper?"
I hate it when defense attys act like they are smarter than the expert. Its never a good idea to argue with an expert. I guarantee that u haven't accomplished anything from all these irrelevant questions. He is just trying to cause confusion and delay the DNA expert. I think its inconsiderate drag out these questions so that she has to come back tomorrow for 10 more mins of questioning. He should really find a decent tailor.
This guy is a peach! When he is corrected by a witness it seems to me he’s threatened by his lack of information.
I've seen every day of this trial so far and I still haven't seen anything that definitively says Michelle Torconis did anything wrong. She wrote a note detailing her schedule on May 24, 2019 (which is strange), she rode with Fotis when he discarded the bags with evidence in them (also weird, but also possibly explainable), but I haven't seen anything directly tying her to this crime. I've seen tons of evidence against Fotis (he is most certainly guilty of a terrible crime here), and possibly against Pawel, but nothing solid on Michelle. Her attorney is terrible though; he asks the most ridiculous questions and objects to seemingly small trivial things, which actually makes her look guilty of something lol. She would be better off without an attorney at this point; just stay silent and let the State present what they have, because they haven't presented anything yet that points directly to her in this crime at this point. I would demand a refund for this attorney though, he sucks.

Of the samples that tested positive for human blood, why was it not asked whose blood it is?
Because she was just the collector xx the swab is then sent for dna analysis so you will not get any answers until she takes the stand again xx

Well first they need to prove that Jennifer was killed, then they need to prove that her husband did it, and once that is proven they'll shift to Michelle. If the first two aren't proven then how can you prove Michelle took part in conspiracy.

The state is laying a foundation for the dna analyst as they have to state how they are collected etc xx
Fotis is dead, and Jennifer’s presumed dead; her physical body missing/unfound at this point. Connecticut should focus on the 5 orphaned children and families, AND locating remains BEFORE unraveling if MK had a hand or knowledge in plotting Jennifer’s demise, imo. It is irresponsible and pointless to figure out an odd duck, since odd duck’s say and do odd things.

Can anyone tell me about his girlfriend, Anna Curry, she's the one who put up his bond? I read a little about her and they worked together in the early 2000's. She lives in NC which explains why Fotis went there on his way back from the Florida trip. I guess he was cheating on Michelle at that time, which I love. So did Fotis and Michelle break up after they were picked up following the "trash" drop offs? Anna was living in the Farmington house and was driving separately to meet him at the courthouse for another bond hearing when he killed himself. I doubt Michelle was still in the house.
I think that when Fotis and Michelle got arrested
Either the court/judge ordered no contact between them or Michelle didn't want contact with Fotis. Michelle moved out of house.
