I must agree with many of the comments, " I absolutely love this judge" he pays close attention and is fair and just amazing.... many huge cases can only be thankful to have him on the bench. Best judge, ever.
I’ve been flitting between this case & the Crumbley one. Similarity … the quality of the defense (good grief). Difference … the quality of the judge (take me to CT).
@@suzyq5629 He's arguing semantics with the lab witness, as he has with all witnesses. They could have gone through many more witnesses in the time he wastes by asking useless questions.
Dulos: Michelle, go with me while I take my garbage bags to various public trash cans. Michelle: Sure, that sounds like a fun date! We'll stop at Starbucks and have some coffee.
😬🤯 This attorney drives me insane. I think this lab witness is just as aggravated as everyone. He keeps digging when she has already given explicit answer. Aah, he's finished.
The Defense Attorney was very nasty to the laboratory staff. He spoke in a very condescending manner. He made himself look like a fool. Seemed that he felt he was superior to anyone else. What a shame.
The defense attorney was beyond inappropriate with the DNA witness. He didn’t even let the woman finish her answers. I’m a little surprised the state didn’t even ask the court to allow the witness to finish her answer. He is pompous, arrogant, RUDE and is coming off incompetent. If I was on that jury, I would be so disgusted - he has already eluded to the “jury not understanding” during multiple days on multiple speaking objections that turn into baseless, pointless arguments. I can’t deal with this guy anymore!!
All the questions and details are a lot to follow. The defense may be focusing on the exact details to show ways Michelle’s DNA could appear on a bag if she had been cleaning as she said and Fotis mixed those items with the crime items. She also lived in the house so could have touched the black bag previously then Fotis took that one. It does seem like the amount of questions of so many things is overdone but we may not have heard all that the State has yet.
@@writtenwordpro this is the first case I’ve reversed my current belief of guilt vs. innocence. Taught me to not prejudge nor base it on any feelings toward anyone in court. Still have to wait and see all the evidence though..
Cathytaketa this is my first case where I believe the defendant is being railroaded by the police. Michelle’s body language, her eagerness to answer questions as well as she can, her openness to the fact that someone she loved and trusted could murder his wife all speak to me that she was totally blinded to who he was/is. She is innocent. Until I watched the interrogations, I was leaning to the prosecution. After listening to the head detective, I know why one needs a lawyer to protect them from and aggressive, prejudiced interrogator. He is a liar and definitely just wanted to pin responsibility on this innocent woman.
@@joanc5441 I’m feeling that way too! No solid evidence yet but they want someone to pay for Jennifer’s murder as they can’t try Fotis. I hope the feelings about the defense counsel doesn’t cloud the jury’s judgment of her.
What the heck is wrong with this defense Attorney? Did he really pass the bar? He wastes so much time, going through papers; He repeats himself over and over again. I really don't think he knows what he is doing.
The worst behavior was with the lab workers and the excessive questions about the damn food for the visitation guardian. Each morsel of food asked about for nothing more than stall tactics.
You may find him rude, his name is Atty Jon Schoenhorn. He has been a renowned defense attorney from Hartford, CT for over 35 years and actually has a very good trial record, getting many acquittals over the years. Many of his cases that went to trial and the client found guilty, were reversed on appeal. He actually has a stellar reputation as a member of the defense bar. Bringing out the DETAILS of a case are his specialty and again he has tried many sexual assault and murder cases where his client was acquitted. Most people commenting here have NO clue what goes into trying a case like this... proving Michelle Troconis not guilty, is in the DETAILS
Fotis seemed to have planned some things out.... bicycle, vehicles, gloves, razor blade, etc. but THEN, it seems like he Never thought about what a bloody a mess he would have.... not smart.
This judge is one of the best I’ve ever heard! He’s very attentive and explains every question so well, I’ve become much more knowledgeable with court proceedings. As for the defense he is only good at objecting 😂
Is this defense attorney really this thick? I can hardly watch anymore. He is so annoying and constantly seems in a flustered state. Other than proving there was in fact stormy weather at 12:59am has he done anything useful?? These poor jurors
I am glad to hear your observation of this defense attorney! I feel exactly the same way! He is so annoying and just a total pain. I can only watch in short spurts because of his demeanor! Ugh...
The defense is always so unprepared and jumps all over the place it’s hard to follow points he’s trying to make. Idk if that’s the point is to confuse the Jury??
Honestly I hope Michele is not guilty…she has a daughter to care for and became seriously financially compromised when Fotis offed himself, and her lawyer bills are more than 500k thus far…parents are paying the bill, but money will dry up. That said, if she did conspire then she must do the time for the crime.
I read the affidavit, she conspired and covered up. They, FD and MT, tried to set un an employee. The employee thought FD was his friend. And as for MT seems like she got too cocky for her own good, they both were passionate but not in a good way.
How on this earth could anyone not see she is guilty . She thought they were to smart and above the law it's that simple . Iwould have tried to stop the crime before it happened not try to help cover it up . Guilty .she lied she is still lying .
She should have thought about that when she was thinking of only herself. She is 100% guilty and would not have been charged if they hadn’t seen evidence of that! Let’s now see if she testifies. She does not have to but I’ll just say that if you are totally innocent, you’d get your sweet britches on the stand. Good riddance.
@@realresident1890I doubt she’ll testify, especially after Pawel testifies. I just realized something! We saw during MT’s 2 interviews that she was enraged by Fotis having any “amicable/civil” conversations with Jennifer, mother of his 5 children. To the point that she threw a cellphone, her words. She spewed a lot of negativity regarding Jennifer, she was so jealous. So MT’s father is pediatric surgeon so she most likely lived comfortably, but Jennifer really came from “money”. That must’ve enraged MT even more. Everyone that knew Jennifer said she was soft spoken and never projected her privileged upbringing. Yet FD was such a wannabe socialite living off of Jennifer’s parents wealth.
