Thanks creative 🫶 I've went ahead from your link, and purchased the Vairble Nd filter kid from Amazon! Can't wait to get it and try it put in a few days 😁 I've also changed the Osmo's settings as you mentioned for those Cinamaic shoots. Only just purchased the Osmo pocket 3 lastnight!! 🎉 with a extended selfie 🤳 stick, for those drone like shoots of the car or low down shoots, we're my arm wouldn't do it any justice 😅 Thanks again for all ya help in this video. Look forward to telling you how i get on with these settings & upgrades soon enough. Take care bud 🫶
Question: Can you detach the Suction Cap to use this while walking + filming? Basically use it in the same way as something like ScottyMakesStuff produce?
Do you tether the arm at all? I'm trying to build trust in it just havent fully yet. It seems pretty rock solid but I've had full size rigs fail on me before so it has me a bit nervous.
Which are the best suction cups used for this DJI Osomo 3? I fear the single suction cups, any multis? Where can i see more of your roller shots and creative content with this DJI Pocket 3?
I use a bunch of different ones but I should have a Delkin suction cup from Amazon also in there. I’ve used it for lots of shoots and even mounted my dslr cameras on it (don’t fully recommend, that’s a risk each person has to make for themselves haha)
There is a color profile by default?, I don’t want o use those logs, outs etc, I just got the camera to film some family trips, not interested on spend hours on editing process. Thank you
Ordered and recieved the Blade arm, the tighteners immediately grinded down and wont tighten anything. Not sure if Vaxis, the shop you have partnered with, is legitimate?
I have the Osmo 3 and created driving videos showing some of the foliage in a town but there's a couple problems I'm running into. I run it on 4K 60fps to try to get smooth video but noticed that some devices cannot play that footage back in full 4k and also noticed that the movement of the trees or quantity of makes it difficult for video to be super crisp like a steady shot. Is there a trick to this ? Is it lighting ?
I tried to export a 16:9 video rolling shot on Davinci Resolve 19 from 4k/60fps, and the quality continues to look bad I am just not getting why. I changed my export settings to 1080p, 9:16, H.264, and Quality to 5000 (Social Media Recommended Requirements). Any idea why is that? I am going to try to lower the frame rate since its of the car driving pass. I've been trying to figure a solution and not many people go deep into why this is happening. These export settings are recommended by 90% youtubers...so what exactly am I doing wrong? I added the clip with other 4k/30fps verticle shots and none of those were affected really. But did notice the quality of the roller was better when render alone, is that normal too?
Hope you answer this just got one and tried to film rollers with the osmo on someone else’s car i was not able to use my phone while being in my car how did you get the connection from your car all the way from someone else’s car
@@TheCarCreativeThanks a lot man🙏, The DJI needs to perform well because I am renting one for a shoot, but I can't find a Movmax or something similar to rent.
Try recording the audio into the mic and the OSMO separately (I believe there’s a setting to turn this on) and then you can sync them back together in post for full audio if the distance is too far and it’s cutting out.
Anybody can tell me -how bad is that small screen to touch/swipe settings ??? - I always get biggest phones (used to be Samsung Galaxy Note but today is just biggest one ) because my fingers are too big - and looking at you/him changing settings in such a small screnn makes me scary -except that I love that DJI Osmo
Changing the settings can be a bit finicky but you can also save them as presets so you don’t need to do it every time. The app also helps a lot because you can change all the settings there also.
What about the overheating issue? Many reviews from the e-shops say it's unusable in warm conditions due to overheating problems. Can you shoot a 30-45-60 m video straight? 4K60fps LOG, using remote MIC? Here in Europe, it is now 30 + degrees Celsius in most of the countries in the Meds 35+ degrees Celsius (do the math for F) Even DJI stated they know about the overheating issue. So let me know guys what is your experience?
Hey, thank you for the thorough comment. I’ve actually personally not use the camera for long-term yet in high temperatures. This is good to be aware of though, so I’m glad you mentioned this. If I notice anything in the future, I’ll come back and pin a comment.
I've used the DJI Pocket 2 for long video scenarios at 4K30fps (2+hours) and it seems to do alright. Previous model, so maybe this isn't relevant. It does overheat in higher frames and shut off when used for long times though.
From what I read it's not already in place and tbh it just sounds like typical US paranoia that thinks that the whole world is spying on it when they are the first to do it... Like the only reason they want to ban it it's because the video and gps coordinates are stored in a cloud. They dont have any proof it's for spying...
They aren’t being banned for being a “bad company”. They’re being banned because American politicians are bribed by American owned companies to reduce competition.
Oh man! I was waiting for this video from you since I saw you got the Pocket 3.
Omso looks sick!! Curious how it would do on super bumpy roads like Waiperous etc. off-road on another vehicle backwards.
Probably better than most other solutions on bumps 🤔 can’t confirm though haha.
Movmax blade arm AND insta360 vibration dampner does pretty decent and mount the camera upside-down

Amazing! Love the idea of putting it on an extension arm 👌🏼 I might have to try that 😎
love your content mate, i ll do everything i can to make my videos look just like yours
Did some for the first time today with this camera! Mine are not as sharp as they should be for some reason, I still need to buy a mount though
Question: Can you detach the Suction Cap to use this while walking + filming? Basically use it in the same way as something like ScottyMakesStuff produce?
Have you ever used a spot meter to expose light using your Pocket 3 for example, a Sunrise?
Very helpful for setting up my pocket 3 for rollers today!
Will there be more videos with or about the osmo pocket 3?!
Yes eventually, I like to do more then one camera and focus on all of automotive content creation. What would you like to know?
@@TheCarCreative creative shot ideas, best way to use the spinshot for automotive shots, best gimbal shots to get with the osmo.
Thank you so much for all of the helpful input.
tnx a lot for this video! You solve my big big problem! God bless you :)

bought one not long ago.
used it once, realised i'm bad at video, now it's back in its case.
Ah man, give it another go. Video is so fun. Just gotta put in the work 💪🏼
We all sucked compared to where we are. It is a skill.
Very interesting video. Thorough!
What gimbal modes do you use?

Use default settings is ok
Ya definitely you can use the standard color profile and it looks good! No worries.

Wow. Very nice Video thanks
My pleasure!

shutter speed has to be double the frame rate for motion blur so if you want no motion blur you have to lower shutter speed
@ perfect!! I'm learning :)
Great video! Where is the link for the movmax Blade arm?
Thanks man. I’ve added it to the description, thank you for the reminder 😎

... Isn't that just a matter of how far your Bluetooth reaches? :)
do you realy need a stabelize arm like a movmax or can you do it without to
You can definitely do it without! It’s pretty good actually, but if you want the best then MovMax has you covered.

Soooo do u know if it’s possible to lock the camera/ gimbal?
I haven’t found a solution for this yet no.
Just wish the pocket 3 didn't have autofocus issues.
Just pop it into single focus mode
Anyone know how to fix the mic cutting out?

Yeah man I was outside and it over heated after 20-30 min in direct sunlight on a tripod which was really frustrating
I just bought one, and the most annoying thing is having to turn off my iPhone 5G to see the gallery within the app.
@@Alexramos that’s interesting. Honestly I haven’t used the app much other than to control the camera but that’s good to know.

DJI just had it's drones banned, these cameras might be next, irresponsible to not mention it in your video. DJI is not a good company
