These panels come in two kits - the starter kit and the expansion kit. You can have a maximum of 18 panels and here I'm showing you how I installed them.

Interesting points are you need two main power panels in order to run 18 lights, but you can also put these at angles, including standing up. They're also iCue controllable, so will work with Lighting Link, meaning you can sync the lighting up with other fans and things in your case.
You will need a USB connection though, so something like this will help:

Lol, I liked the video. Good to know the extension does not need the second rgb port and it would be sufficient to get the extension only (having the commander xt core with 1 RGB).

Thanks for watching.
“It would be disappointing to be killed by rgb” … that made me lol 😂 and yes it would be very unfortunate haha
Wow, it amazes me how people are able to hook at this up in a Corsair build and have it work. I tried to put the LED light strips in my 570x build and couldn't get it to work with my commander pro, and gave up. Then 2 days ago, I tried to put the H100i Elite LCD in 570x build again, and couldn't get that to work either for I went back to my older H100 rgb pro
Do you not know how to plug things in? Or are your motherboard USB headers shot
scary ... I saw these a while back in some random video and was wondering who makes em ... and a few moments later u make a video about em 😂
Does the Commander core XT have enough power to run this light to it without using another USB port on the motherboard, which I don't have. In other words, if I connect the RGB connector to the commander core XT like you said do I have to use another USB port on the motherboard?
Will they work on signalrgb?
Being killed by rgb brings back memories of when I built my first PC😭🔥
I thing these things are way to expensive for what they do
Yes, but if you set them to blue they'll make your system run cooler and give you more FPS.
@@TheProvokedPrawn very true. 😁
DO NOT BUY THESE!! I bought a set right when they came out for the absolutely ridiculous price of $130 because I'm an RGB junkie and compulsively need the new RGB gadget. Within 4 months the set simply died. Wouldn't light up at all anymore despite working fine the day before and not having moved at all. Unplugged, plugged it back in, forced firmware update, uninstalled iCue software, reinstalled it and nothing. I contacted Corsair customer support and they exchanged for a new set. 4-5 months later same thing happened. Defective again. RMA'd that set too for a third LC100 unit and wouldn't you know it they just crapped the bed last week. I thought it might be something in my system, but I have all Corsair components. I looked on the Corsair forums and it turns out this is a problem a lot of people have with these. They just suddenly stop illuminating even though the software still recognizes them as being there. Since I bought the LC100 Corsair has cut the MSRP by more than 50% and they now go for $50 which would be a fair price if they actually worked. I have a cheap generic $20 RGB GPU bracket that I put in my system 3 years ago and it still works perfectly yet Corsair's "premium" accessory dies after 4 months without fail!? I am supremely upset with Corsair.
Do you have any video or images of the 5000T from the front, top, or right side view in a dark room. I'm trying to get an idea of how the fans would look.
Question? Is the magnet strong enough to possibly cover the PSU hole in this case ?
Is it possible to run these off the light strips ? I’ve already got two commanders in my PC already. Looks like the panels have the same connector as the light strips.
I see you use commander core xt and commander core with the lcd, I have issues with these and this shows me driver error on lcd when the xt is plugged in the usb 2.0 header. Did you have this issue too?
can one 140 fan be installed on the back of the case?
Can i plug the master tile directly into a Corsair Commander Pro and a sata power, and not use the lighting node at all?
I have 2 corsair commanders, one that came with a h150i cappelix and another commander pro that i bought separately.
I also wonder about that. Did you do it this way and it works, or do I need to use a "lighting node" after all?
@@barteksful i ended up having to use the lighting node as the rgb slots on the commander core were being used by my 4 corsair rgb strips i have in the case, but it should work if the slots are free on your commander core as it should recognise it in iCue and allow you to customise it.
