I really appreciate your honesty. As parents we have trusted the life of our son Eduardo to the hands of surgeons since he was born. Shunts, replacements of shunts, fontan operation at two years old, pace maker at 5, his first heart transplant at 12 years old, this heart lasted 15 years until his coronary arteries started failing and needed an stent that ended up causing a heart attack a week latter. He was rushed to surgery to put him in a heart pump and transferred to North Western Hospital in Chicago where a month later received his second heart transplant. He received the
Call at midnight the day of his 28 birthday. It is been over a year since that happened and one of the things that I’m most grateful for is people like you who dedicate their lives serve others and to make a difference in their lives. Thanks for your hard work. God bless you!

One thing that helped me with sleep and I'm sure I might get hated on for this. I'm not a cardiac surgeon I know it's stressful being on call and everything that comes with it but what I noticed is when I quit drinking coffee my sleep improved drastically. It was tough because I usually go to bed around 10:00 PM and wake up around 4 am as well naturally but after I quit coffee I felt more energized. Obviously everything works differently for certain people but that's just my opinion. 😀

Dr. London, what probiotic manufacture do you recommend for men 67 years? I'm specifically looking for a good namebrand with the strains Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Akkermansia. Thank you!

From the content I have seen from his, he is against lectins. Personally, I think the benefits of fruit are hard to ignore. Fruit is not the enemy. Fast foods, processed foods, and highly modified foods do way more harm. Hopefully that helps answer the question!

Thank you for sharing boss man. Really appreciate your authenticity and perpetual content which has been helpful to me at this preservation stage in my life (was born in '72). Gratitude. By the way, never heard of the DIM Supplement before. Sounds interesting and am not sure if you've done any videos on that one yet however, going to have to research that some more. I've been taking the 1600mg Fadogia Agrestis Tongkat Ali Supplement from Thalacy and that seems to have been working for me, so far at least for keeping my testosterone level optimized. Would be interesting to see some more content on some safe/best ways to keep testosterone levels optimized. Appreciate your helpful reminder on the importance of good electrolytes which should definitely help me after my daily sauna (25-30min @ 174F) and work out sessions. I just ordered some off Amazon, a different brand with less sodium (figuring I can always experiment with adding a pinch of ground sea salt to see if I feel any different with more or less sodium)
Ultima Replenisher Daily Electrolyte Drink Mix - Grape, 90 Servings - Hydration Powder with 6 Key Electrolytes & Trace Minerals - Keto Friendly, Vegan, Non- GMO & Sugar-Free Electrolyte Powder. Are you taking anything for adding pro-biotics such as Kombucha or capsules? Also, appreciate that info on the benefits of the cold plunge. Not sure if you also have created any videos on that yet (cold plunge 101?) however what temp do you have it set for and for how long are you in for? Mine is currently set @ 50F since I'm just getting started with it. Is that cold enough to receive the full health benefits or should it be colder for the max health benefits? Just recently purchased a cold plunge for my home with a snorkel so I can also fully submerge in it and am looking forward to getting into a daily practice with it soon. What's your opinion of fully submerging with a snorkel? Would you recommend that additional fully submerging cold plunge practice or no? Also, do you use any sort of breathing practice during your plunge session such as The Wim Hof Method or something else? Just hoping to optimize my practice in order to receive the max health benefits. #biohacking #antiaging Thanks again and best wishes to you and yours for good health, happiness and prosperity.
