Homemade Pizza Dough: A Beginner's Guide

  • This homemade pizza dough recipe is very simple to make and great for beginners.

    ▶️Ingredients:
    1) 300G All Purpose Flour/Bread Flour
    2) 3g Salt: amzn.to/3ryt2uo
    3)7g Sugar: amzn.to/3OK8RDE
    4) 3g Instant Yeast: amzn.to/3OOeoco
    5) 240g Luke Warm Water
    ▶️Cooking method
    1) Take luke warm water in a bowl and add sugar.
    2) Mix well until the sugar melt completely.
    3) Add yeast and mix well.
    4) Set aside for 5 minutes.
    5) Get the all purpose flour in another bowl.
    6) Add salt and mix well.
    7) After 5 minutes, add the yeast mixture into the flour.
    8) Mix all the ingredients well until it forms a dough.
    9) Cover and rest the dough for 45 minutes.
    10) After 45 minutes, stretch and fold the dough for 8-10 times (wet your hands before touching the dough)
    11) Grease the baking tray with oil.
    12) Place the dough into the tray.
    13) Drop some oil on the dough.
    14) Spread the dough evenly on the tray by hand.
    15) Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
    16) Prepare the toppings of your choice.
    17) After 1 hour, make dimples on the dough.
    18) Spread pizza sauce over the dough and top it with Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
    19) Place the toppings.
    20) Bake at 260°C (500°F) for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven
    21) Enjoy!
