He looks like a nightmare to grapple. Impecable strength and explosiveness with a strong base. Yet it looks like he has a flexible spine and great balance too. Kind of like a Jaguar.
Why don't they take him more often for international tournaments? He looks like he's the best in Japan right now, maybe in the world. He's got everything: strength, technique, high judo IQ.
His record against foreigners isn’t that good and so he’s had to build himself up again in Japan. In the past he would lose the strength battle against foreigners
