@Random Plays yes. The costume itself doesn't any stat. But it recommended you hoard as many as you can. Check the wardrobe and you will understand.

Yes friend, it depends on the gm if they can release it again on your current game, you can try on premium headgear once a month but I'm not sure if you can get there. If you really liked you can get it on newly released server like on chaos. :)

How many iron ore that you get in one day? 12 iron ore + 12 coal ore were needed to produce 1 x Iron I. And how much stamina you have before you start? Teach me clearly how you manage to get 99 x Iron I in in one day stamina? Maybe you buy all the ingredient then smelt it all? Smelting 99 Iron only use up to 990 stamina

By Smelting on lvl 1 item can lift up your level but first you have to do mining and fishing for the materials needed on smelt bro.
You can watch my mining and my fishing video too for your convenience. But I suggest is smelting oridecon, elunium, brodium and Phracon I these are the best for me to lvl up your smelting bro.
How did you hide headgear?
As I know, there's no way to hide your headgear else you'll overlap it with other headgear on your WARDROBE then do TRANSMOG(To hide your equipped items.

Yes friend it's not really free if you bought it from exchage. But hard work is the key.
@@jlthehobbyist8889 hmm. I disagree. This is not a costume worth as a F2P player to rush. If you rush this, you will lose a lot of resources which will delay your character progress. The costume has no stats. It is purely for cosmetics/looks. I suggest you do this when the value of Iron already decreases. Right now, the Iron is too expensive.
