Can, but some other stuff give him low percentage

How about the favor percentage of the other item that he's been looking for? Is drifting crystal shard is the best option that we have?

No, it just my choice, but the highest percentage i know is that crystal
Just wanna point out that the Sports Car doesn't give 1% just 0.8 literally as much as a drifting crystal so it's a waste to purchase.
If you wanna get it as fast as possible buy F1+4 Drifting Crystals to get it in 20 days (5.2% daily)
otherwise just go the cheaper route of 5 drifting crystals to get in 25 days (4% daily)

You get friend bar+stamina pot at 20%, chat bar+old book card at 50% and skateboard+avatar frame at 100%

when the server first released it translated the skateboard mount as Jimmy Lin favor but this morning i just checked it already shows Schumann so this guide is right

25 days? but ive seen players with skateboard in less than a week
In first day if u vip, u can reach lv 40+ with vip
And in 1 day u can get total 3.5% for total 3 toy car and 2 random item
Let say u get 5% a day, 100/5 = 20 days to full it and get permanent skate board, but it will cost u so much crystal 😅

At the release day I already saw someone using a skateboard ..... and then in the next two days seeing skateboard mount is already common but majority still have the hamster mount
7 days lang po kase yung nakikita niyo ngayon sa ibang player kuya yang video na yan is permanent, kung gusto mo rin po ng skateboard pwede naman ngayon kaso 7days lang, nasa bounty quest ng WIN RAZER POINTS
