Pin 2 or 3 are enable pins, which connect via a 10K resistor to +3.3V inside a laptop. Your wire is picking up noise which is just enough to charge the gate. Touching the + 15V charging voltage with you finger and pin 2 or 3 does the same as your body which represents 1M to 10 M Ohm is Al's capable of charging the gate.
I got many cells and bms from old Dell laptop battery.i made battery pack using those .but same problem .it gives output but not charging .i tried all tricks available on net.can you please throw light on it?
It's hard to unlock a laptop BMS, it needs a special tester which can unlock battery memory and let it charge. Try to charge directly on cells with a IMAX.

How do you know which one is the + or the - ??

Don't count the holes, look where is a metal connector only
