Just bought one $2,999 (new!!! 2014s being cleared out) + $320. I'm 6'1" and dont feel cramped. Rides two fine (power is great! even with two!). I'll give it a good ride in a day or two. #1 priority now: Gear up! Joe-rocket mesh w/armor, same for pants, and gloves. This is my first scooter. Bought it to commute with (free parking in my DC building for scooters.) Have had 5 motorcycles thought. This is going to take some getting used to. UPDATE: It's my daily (rain/shine) commuting vehicle now. This has exceeded my expectations in every category.
Paul Blakeslee I'm looking to trade my pcx 150, to get the Forza 300...want/ need the extra power, for transportation to work. still enjoying the bike? will it be worth it? hope I get a good deal like you!
I had a new Chinese 150cc scooter that after working all the bugs out of it, it did exactly what I needed, around town and to and from work. I bought the 2016 forza 300 a few weeks ago and very few words can describe the difference between the 2 scooters. If the Forza 300 is your first ever scooter, you don't have much to compare it to, but it is head and shoulders better than most scooters out there. It is my daily and love it. Still on my initial break in period but the flexibility it will give me is great. Longer distance higher speed rides versus what a 150cc scooter can do.
I love it, I think about buying it for so long because I'm fine with my 110cc, but then I go out of town more often. Go on vacation and road trip more, so I look for something that will do both better than 110cc. This is the most practical choice for someone that want to have to one bike and use it all occasions and doesn't care about being fast, this is powerful but not fast bike, it goes up hill faster than I expect, but on flat, it won't be considered fast for its engine size.
I have a 2003 Honda Reflex, and it is one fantastic bike. I can cruise 75 mph all day long if i want to, it is very comfortable to ride, a very quick bike. Also mine has a bit more storage space it appears, than the Forza. I am glad that Honda is making the Forza, something to look forward to in the future !
I had a reflex and it was okay as for me my reflex would outrun my Forza on the interstate my Forza has a bad death wobble and I would not personally recommend it or any other hot and Honda product to anybody
I ride mine to work at least 3x per week. I can put a tool bag under the seat storage. Great on gas, 2 gallons fills it up and it goes for about 120 miles or so.
Had this bike as a loaner twice now (while my integra was being serviced). It's a lovely little machine that pulls really well and turns on a sixpence/dime. The second time I had the bike it had been fitted with the taller screen which is much better. This would be a great commuting machine for short to medium distances.
The new Forza IS able to store two full face helmets under the seat. (requires putting them in in a particular way, lol.) I also suggest getting the extended windshield (grey tint or clear), it really helps with the wind.
Very nice ,great styling, all the features you'd dream of in a scooter, but you cant beat my Met. lol in short stops & goes & bumper to bumper traffic. Did i mention..thats a good looking ride.
I'm must be getting old, I remember the first bike I got that didn't have a center stand I thought was a rip off. Lol. Not much leg room for older folk especially considering the lack of storage and power. Great video!
They are pretty good. I would try and get a used Honda if I was in the market. A used Kymco might be the best buy price wise. Buying in an area that is depressed and glutted with scooters would be the best place to buy.
I test drove one of these and I cannot believe how quick it was for a 300. Amazing and the fit and finish. . just can't beat Honda... might have to just get me one of these
I only wish I could agree with you I have a Honda Forza 73 miles an hour wide open low 50s for gas mileage unless you're babying it and a death wobble in the front suspension I think it's overrated overpriced like everything else Honda puts your name on and if people are getting paid to say all these nice things about it cuz I just do not see
Glad to see Honda finally replace the Reflex. This is a very good looking and designed scoot. 5.5 k seems like a lot but not for a quality 300 scoot that will probably bullet proof, and last many years. The larger 14 and 13 inch tires should be smoother riding than the reflex and I hope that take off vibration has been eliminated. 85 mph vs 75 mph and added weight would be plus on state highways and interstates in stability.
Yeah the Honda's are great but most people don't want to or have the time to turn a wrench. Honda may be a bit more pricey but heck "gas n go" is the name of the game. I seems like it would be comfortable for two up too.
Nice scoot! Can't go wrong buying a honda scoot. You can get a chinese scoot for less than half the cost of this honda scoot but I would only recommend a chinese knock off scoot if you are mechanically inclined.
I'm not entirely familiar with California State laws. However, most state's require you to hold a valid drivers license(Under 50cc's). For bikes over 50cc's you will be required to get your Motorcycle certification Typically if it's under 50cc's you will not be required to register or insure the bike. Again, check your state laws.

Yes, this is a good scooter, however... At $5599 plus $320 destination, and set up? (plus tax and tag) That could be over $7200 USD. If we divide $7200 USD by the engine displacement of 279cc's, we come out to an astronomical number of almost $26 per CC ! That's frickin' crazy... You can buy a new leftover 900cc Kawasaki Cruiser for around $4999 plus TTT or $5600 out the door.
+Lexusguy0525 This is true, however THIS bike is an unusual speimen. It's a FANTASTIC scooter and they know it, however the price for a 250 ish scooter? That's rich. I'd buy a good used one for 60% of new price, but NOT for over $7000 otd... I can buy a good used car for that...
I gave a new Honda Forza. The only thing positive I can say is that it is smooth and quiet. Soo disappointed, it is not any faster on the interstate than my old reflex the gas milage is lousy, unless you ride 45 mph or less. It also has the "death wobble" really bad. I strongly discourage anyone from buying one of these Forzas. Do not believe all the Honda Hype.. because that is all it is. Whoever is giving Honda such praise is probably getting Pais by Honda. In Contrast I had a Kymco Downtown 300i. It ewas more powerful, faster, and a much better scooter

Still have it. Zero regrets. I ride it everyday for commute.

And it’s still worth that much today
Bought one and love it!

great looking scooter.. styled almost identically to the yamaha 400 majesty, which mimics piaggio's original bv200.
Best looking color for this sexy cruiser.
It is nice :)
I would love to test ride this sweet looking ride

The forza's styling is much like the original Piaggio BV200.
2:00 Can you put your own helmet under the seat? Looks like a small space.
Yes. :)
That's my bike!!!!

no license required for off road....any vehicle, regardless of cc, that is allowed on public roads, requires a motorcycle license.
The Kymco's aren't that bad.
is it automatic
