Was at this show, unbelievable. Been a fan of this music for over 25 years and seeing it live just added another layer of appreciation. An amazing work

I've seen this in Cardiff It was Amazing
I seen this at Cardiff's motorponit Arena in 2012 and the Feanl Arena tour in 2014.

It sure is Irene, and hopefully better than ever! Jeff wanted to include a lot of narration cut out of the original, but as he couldn't get Richard Burton for obvious reasons, they have completely re-recorded the part of George Herbert with Liam Neeson taking over the role. It'll be one to remember anyhow!

@scoochysteve It is, But I don't think it's is going to be a completely new score, the basic score will still be there, but the music will be changed a little, making it more modern. The music was made in the 70s when Punk was the revolutionary new thing, years later, music has come a long way since then. I am very excited for the new productions, what I've heard so far is anything but bad! But Burton still will be the iconic Journalist, but I think that Liam also fits perfectly.

Dermacrosis, I'd start saving quick then, apparently the current tour is going to be the last before he moves onto other projects.
***** Yeah, that's what he has done this year with the tour, it was very different from the original and he is re-recording all the music with new artists and longer tracks. Personally I think that is a big mistake but nobody is forcing me to buy the new version. I love it just the way it is.
Guess we got another one for 2018, still no U.S. run. Anyways, good clip.
In a way it's sad, but for the 2012 tour, Jeff has revised the score and commentary. Richard Burton is being replaced by LIAM NEESON!
I think Liam Neeson did a great job! And the music was really good! Each time something new about Jeff Wayne's musical comes out its always getting better imo, just wish he makes an animated movie.

The only chance now Chris is Germany in January. Otherwise bookmark Jeff's website and keep a look out for next year. It's all change now though, the music has been re-scored and to be honest, the jury is still out on that at the minute.
