How to make Nam Khao / Crispy Rice Salad / วิธีทำสูตรสลัดข้าวกรอบ
Ingredients / ส่วนผสม
2 bags of shredded coconut 8oz. - 226g. / มะพร้าวขูดฝอย
1 bag grated coconut 12oz. - 336g. / มะพร้าวขูด
10 cups cooked Jasmine rice / ข้าวหอมมะลิที่สุกแล้ว
4 eggs / ไข่
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder / ผงน้ำซุปไก่
1/3 cup sugar / น้ำตาล
1/3 cup fish sauce / น้ำปลา
1/3 cup vegetable oil / น้ำมันพืช
1/3 cup salt / เกลือ
1/2 cup deep-fried crispy shallots / หอมแดงทอดกรอบ
2 cups roasted peanut / ຂົ້ວຖົ່ວດິນ
5 whole lime juices / มะนาว
1/4 cup kaffir lime leaves / ใบมะกรูด
2 cups cilantro / ผักชีลาว / ผักหอมป้อม
2 cups green onion / หัวหอมสีเขียว / ຜັກບົ່ວຂຽວ
3 bags of sliced cooked pork skin
3 bags Nam sticks / ส้มหมู / ສົ້ມ ໝູ
1 lb. ground pork / หมูบด
1/4 cup red curry paste / น้ำพริกแกงแดง
Side dishes / เครื่องเคียง
Deep-fried dried chili / ทอดพริกแห้ง

I wanted to try a different recipe. Don't tell my mom but this one was amazing. I did 2 things differently but I followed everything else. My added was I love lemongrass😍. I added to the rice ball and 2nd change was beef🥩 not pork. 100% going to use your recipe again❤!!!! Ty Gigi👍🌸
