Made a boom box using 2 10" RCA TV speakers and put a small 12 volt capacitor between the sterio and the speakers. I had 3 CDs to listen to. Gospel Delic, The greatest soundtrack. And a burned CD of Tupac. That system boomed like I had a trunk full of California in the house. When I it was time for me to leave that location. Apt. Pre Ordained by God in heaven. The CD player stopped working and I tossed it in the dumpster with Gospel Delic still in the No rotation player. I got Gospel Delic from Sacramento CA right off the press. Could have had a stack of them, but I didn't need but 1. The other 2 somebody gave me at the apartment.
I really miss the early 2000's of the sweet neo-soul era Raphael Saadiq, D'Angelo, Musiq, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill, Angie Stone, India Arie, Floetry, Maxwell, Amel Larrieux, Gospele and countless others. I blame the younger generation they have absolutely NO idea what real music is and NEVER will! the only one that's good right now that I like is Miguel
I doubt they don't know music its just that the new generation is to scared to let other forms of music to enter their little brains. There is some good music out there but it gets drowned out by hip-hop , everything is rap. Rap this rap that its easy to lose what you like if all you see is rap.
