When I met my wife, I could barely make toast. After watching you for a couple years, my family actually loves my cooking. Thanks Sam and the gang.
That is the best part of about cooking Mike. Always learning, trying something new and sharing food with your family. I might try Sam's technique but with cooked burgers instead of roast beef.
I had a similar experience, though I would make cup noodles and add some hot dogs and frozen peas in there. Food youtubers really changed my life for the better, though I can take credit for wanting to learn and practicing. It makes me so happy to cook my loved ones their favorite foods, and to know that they actually enjoy it.

I’m not a believer in coincidence Sam! My father-in-law passed away without warning/illness this past Saturday. Cooking is my love language! Mike aka Big Red was an amazing man with the biggest heart and a bigger appetite for good food. He would have loved these. I will be making a huge batch of these to feed my family and friends in the hope it brings a small once of comfort in our time of grief.

My uncle just passed and his funeral had a lot of people who loved him in attendance. He was a man who loved adventure and I know he would have loved these being served at his funeral for everyone to talk, eat and spend time together. Thanks for this!
My younger brother and I used to binge all your videos together before he went to university last year - As a flatwarming gift I gave him the dynamic duo set so he could get cooking in his new place. When I visited I gave them a try and they were so good I had to buy myself the set too! We still text each other when you guys release a recipe we love, thank you guys for elevating our cooking game!

I'm totally gonna try this recipe. I never thought of making my own roast beef. I started watching your channel during Covid, and my family loves your recipes. My youngest daughter is about to study abroad in New Zealand for the next few months and will need to really cook for her self for the first time. She's not worried, says she can learn from Sam if she runs out of ideas or wants to do something new!

I made the brioche buns yesterday and we used some of them for grilled jalapeño chicken burgers. They were delicious. Today we have a pork butt in the smoker and we will use the rest of the buns for pulled pork sandwiches for supper. Thanks for an easy, delicious brioche recipe!

I often use a bbq shredded pork I put in the slowcooker in the morning. When i come home from work I make these sliders with buns that come in a 12 pack. Superquick and delish. Everyone loves them
