    Nice! I think more videos like this showing how you prepare the lesser-known cuts you talk about would be helpful. When they see these cuts on the dinner table and how tender and juicy they are, they might be more inclined to buy them. Leaner and less expensive steaks, roasts and ground meats, too.

      I also think that is an excellent idea. Not just showing different cuts, but also some great recipe ideas how to prepare those cuts. Well said. I will keep that in mind!!

      @@darkprose no, I pretty much just upload videos for fun and help people learn different cuts of meats. I am however in the process of opening my own butcher shop which I hope will be opened by May. Once I get my own shop going I will have the liberty to film more and share more videos.

      @@StraightOffTheBlock You should mention it! If I was buying meat for the first time, and the butcher or clerk handed me my meat and mentioned their RUclips channel that had guides and tips for customers, I would be impressed and I would visit that channel. Anyway, just a thought. And good luck with your future shop.

    He should make a video on the best indoor grills :D I wanna know what it is used to cook. Or steak cooking for small apartments :D
