Cook succulent kokorec, a Turkish delicacy made from marinated and grilled intestines! The meat turns golden and crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside!
I can`t see any intestines used, only the skin from intestinal! Sorry, but I don`t like RE-POSTINGS. Had hoped to see any video from how it is like up there in the wintertime. Hope they can show how they cook inside in those times of the year??
