I live in Portland and hit all these spots, but would just like to point out that we don't get super desperate for spots. There are more around, and downtown has a spot every block. Portland is heaven for skating when its dry and im really glad to live in a place with such a strong skate community and all the spots.

Where is the best area to get a hotel in Portland if you want to shred?
@@daKandiman14 maybe the Econolodge downtown on 4th Ave? if ydgaf about luxury it's not bad and will probably be just around the cheapest deal you can find. plus it's within 1-3 miles of just about every spot they hit in this video. All of the downtown spots are within a mile to 1.5 miles from it
We are glad you guys like the SKATE series. Please share it with friends as the only way we can keep these going is to make sure they get views. In a couple weeks we are hoping to get a SKATE Atlanta with Justin Brock.

Haha what I think is funny is this doesn't even scratch the surface of how amazing a city Portland is skateboarding-wise. There are all those fun street spots in Portland as well as some of the best concrete skateparks anywhere with Burnside, Glehaven, Brooklyn Street Spot and Ed Benedict. And Windells if you're willing to make the drive.
Brooklyn spot just got torn down to make way for the new light rail. Was a super sick park. RIP

Cal's RX dope shop, been around for a long time.
I think covid might have changed all this too, I moved to Portland at the beginning of 2020 and would see kids skating at Directors Park, north of PSU all the time, and the unitus plaza quite a bit, for a while seemed like it was ALL open lol
I don't even own a skateboard and I can't get enough of these
always amazes me how they've managed to not get any serious injuries like broken bone etc. their style is so cool too.
I live in Hillsboro Oregon and if you ever get the chance go to reedville Oregon and wpsp indoor skateboard. I'm a local and skate all the time at reedville
