  • Caitlin Clark created for 60 of Iowa's 103 points, but she broke the Minnesota Gopher's defense with her scoring, passing, and off-ball movement. This video details Clark's incredible game on February 28, 2024 against Minnesota, where she was able to create countless open shots for her and her teammates.

    *CORRECTION* She created 60 of Iowa's 108 points... So that's actually 55% of her team's offense. Still an impressive feat nonetheless!

    Thank you for highlighting Clark's passing and court awareness. Too many commenters just focus on her scoring and claim she is a ball-hog or a one-woman show. This really highlights her ability to find the open player and distribute the ball

    Clark's passing and playmaking are beautiful. Thanks for pointing that out.
    -- Coach Bluder knows she has to build a team without Caitlin and other seniors. A follow-up on how she does that will be welcome. Thanks!

    The female version of Larry Bird. She is awesome. The best female player I have ever seen and she will just get better. A joy to watch her!

      It certainly looks like her IOWA teammates were better than the team to which she's transferred. They made most of the lay-ups and supporting transitional hoops.

    What I took from this video is it's not just Clark. I saw alot open n three's n easy layups, so for those saying she doesn't have any help isn't watching the whole game. Iowa has a handful of three point shooters (Marshall, Martin, Davis, Affolter, Feuerbach, McCabe) n Stuelke can run the floor like Usain Bolt. When Iowa shooters are cooking on all cylinders they're damn near impossible to beat.

      You just named a bunch of recruits who were three star's. Clark makes players better, especially with her brilliant passing & dynamic energy. Iowa has really good coaches, too.

      She has role players but not superstars who can create when she’s on the bench. I love all those girls, they all over achieved in large part because of Caitlin helping make everyone around her better.

    Clark: at 2:41 she begins to come at the camera and her focus is not to the hoop, but her eyes are looking down, at a point on the floor she's aiming at to stop and make her shot. She's so good that she knows that if she hits one of those spots, she doesn't need to look at the basket until she begins her shot!

    You really can’t compare her to any current or past women’s basketball player. The only person you could compare to is Larry Bird both are legends.

    • @KarenJones-iy2ri
      @KarenJones-iy2ri 2 месяца назад

      If you listen to narrator at beginning, he's pointing out the number of points she was responsible for...which us her shots made and teammates shots made on her assists!

    • @KarenJones-iy2ri
      @KarenJones-iy2ri 2 месяца назад

      3x3 = 9 + 2 is 11 plus 2x2 (assist shots)...which makes 11 + 4 = 15....it's really not difficult!

    1 COMMENT FOR CHANGE…. The repeat of the music every five seconds, is awful and completely unnecessary!! It gets very old! Just give the commentary without music. It works, despite what television sports shows believe.
