My kit is on order and what pattern would you suggest sewing first? I’ve enjoyed going though your videos to see just what I’m getting into, and I can see it’s going to make a huge difference to how I think about what I sew. Hope your house sells soon!
Fantastic, have a look at all the other Lutterloh videos I have. I would do a basic T_shirt, S255 P177 with a round neck, I did a video on 179 and turned it into a winter jumper, Fab fit. If you haven't got this supplement, have a look at any T-Shirt, we after getting a good fit so we can put all adjustment on other patterns we do. Most people don't realise you have to sometimes do adjustments, Not sure if you subscribed to our channel, it costs nothing to do. We also have a face Book group, lifestylesew, we would love to have you. Happy sewing G
I just bought the basic system and my introductory book has the same patterns you are showing from your supplement 325. Then a week ago I got the 2023 summer supplement #329. I’m guessing that in the basic kit they send out a different group of patterns, depending on when you order.
Not sure how they do it, when you get your kit, you get some patterns, this may be a collection from different books to get you started or it could be just one of the books. Have no idea what book it is from, as once I got the kit I start to order different books anyway. Most books have some T-shirts of some kind in that people love to start with. G
I just completed that wrap dress! I omitted the pocket because my name is so clingy. The pocket just did not lay properly. I love the fabric. I made it out of the organic cotton Lycra.
That sounds amazing, normally wrap dressers dont have pockets anyway, adds bulk at hip I like cotton Lycra also, made a few dresses with it. The tablecloth fabric would make a beautiful skirt or dress.
