Thanks Gena, I know Lutterloh can be very hard. You still have to do adjustments like any other pattern. I have lots of videos about this, if you watch on RUclips, just click on the round circle with the quilt and it will take you to my YT page with lots of videos. Its the end of the tape thats the problem, it will be set up for the XL, you will have to see if you can buy just the normal one tape. I do think they should have both tapes in the kit. XL patters have a lot more ease in them. I would do a T-Shirt of some kind with the blue tape and see how you get on, it may mean you will have more adjustments to do. Ok
Found this for you, Joyce. You can order a new tape from the website (Designtofit.com) The product # is #031 - measuring tape (with special scale)$15.00 plus shipping. Or you can contact Lutterloh and I think they will also sell you just the tape measure. Ok G

Lutterloh do not do many patterns for XL/XXL why can't we use ordinary patterns with the blue tape?
