My goodness, the performance of Wallflower made it a new favourite of many favourites Jinjer has recorded. Oh, and never underestimate a bloke named Vlad.
Jinjer might just be the best band around right now. Flawless and innovative sound with incredible quality. What a privilege to be alive to witness this band's evolution.
So glad I found this band a few years ago. Sadly, I discovered them AFTER they played a really small venue 5 minutes from my house....TWICE!! I would have loved to have seen them before they really blew up. I wasn't really all that excited about any bands for a long time! Jinjer brought that excitement back for me!
Jinjer still plays small shows, they just aren't always on the tour flyer. They are known for doing really killer layover shows in smaller or backwater venues near the bigger venue they are playing for the tour
@@neilpatrickhairless Well damn! I really hope I get an opportunity to catch one of those shows. I live in a rural area half way between Milwaukee and Chicago. They play those 2 cities quite often, so I think I am in a good place to maybe lucky!!!
I saw Jinjer in my hometown, Porto Alegre, back in Dec. 2018. Back then, I had a fairly rough schedule: university at night, work in the morning, and in the afternoon, I used ti take care of my terminally ill grandpa at the hospital. I skipped the class to see the concert that night, and I was very tired. Oh, and I managed to be in the front row because I did not buy the meet and greet ticket, which I think everyone else did buy. Before the last song, Tatiana approached me and asked if I were sleepy/tired, to which I responded with a nod. She said something like "don't worry, this will be the last song" (and I think that was very sensitive). Then, they played "Who Is Gonna Be the One", and I could see the setlist fixed to the floor on a handwritten page. After that, they even performed "Желаю Значит Получу" (surprise, motherfucker!), which I'm definetely not complaining about, and the house went fucking down! Anyway, I'm never gonna forget that night.
Damned you're right, that drums part should be taught in every music school ! Probably one of the best bass intros ever.. Hyper technical yet there is not a single note that doesn't serve the purpose of the song.. What a slap !
@@dylanjim9976 it’s just incredible. The song structure too, the way the vocal parts never repeat it feels like the songs just building and building and building into that insane explosive ending
I saw Jinjer live a couple years ago. They were opening for Suicide Silence but suicide silence had covid so Jinjer came out and just played for like 2.5 hours. They were ridiculously good. One of the best metal shows I have ever seen, and I have seen A LOT
Jinjer is so good. I love them more and more. Pure energy and emotion and Metal. The audio mixing and engineering on this is STELLAR. Shot and lit beautifully. Super job production team.
Thank Jinjer these musical geniuses are so immersed in their music and it's their life. They are a huge gift to the world! Every one of them are exceptional; Together they are a force of nature.
I loved those guys so much already. Now I love them even more!! So authentic and pure and so is their music. Just awesome. Saw them in 2023 in The Netherlands and hope to see them again soon!! ♥️
This is absolutely incredible, I've already lost count at how many times I've watched this. I love they played my favorite song dead hands feel no pain. They're unreal.
Its a special and rare thing when individuals come together with the same vocation, create great music together and thats their life. Family. I would have sold my soul to the devil, in my younger days, to have found a band that just felt right and for that to be my life. However, life rarely works out the way you want it. Jinjer deserve it. A very talented band. Love the intro song to King of Everything. It sounds like Amy Winehouse.
Her ability to switch from clean to growl is remarkable. I'm middle-aged I've been a heavy metal fan my entire life I don't think there's anyone like her. Marilyn Manson is pretty cool with his switches and Otep is pretty cool with the screams, but nobody does what she does.
The fascination of this band is beyond words. Each performance surpasses the last. We have to break records to give this video the respect it deserves. What a great presentation of your masterpieces. I read about "from nothing" on Instagram and rushed to the TV to enjoy it. There are not many live performances of the song Wallflower and I was curious. Would the band be able to freeze me with excitement again with this song and give me goose bumps and tears in my eyes? yes, they did it again. I can't get enough of this band, an absolute addiction without any regrets, giving me something instead of taking something away. Pure emotion during the interview part with Perennial in the background. Is it possible to hear the instrumental parts better in the lives or have other parts been incorporated? Jinjer is not just music, it is a way of life. The greatest respect to these four extraordinary talents of our time that they still have a bright future ahead of them. Thank you for that. 🔥❤
There will always be haters. Remember, you guys, you have true fans who love what you do! Thank you for all the time and energy you put into your music and your shows. We appreciate it!
Incredible video. So great to see them play in this context. Love the interview as well. Dead Hands Feel No Pain is a masterpiece. Also, it is really cool to see Tatiana singing at the mic stand.
I like what she said about the stress/pressure when writing, something clicks in the head that it starts working. She goes out and read a book or take a walk, search instead of waiting for something strikes, she goes out and hunt. 🤘🤘
😮 This showed up on my feed, I clicked it by accident. I stayed because I was curious. I had never heard of Jinjer, but now im a fan. Absolutely incredible!
Ukraine is here, and I am proud of you guys. Thank you all!💙💛 Your courage and resilience inspire the world. Stay strong, and know that our hearts are with you.
Tears streamed from my face when we seen them live ! Uncontrollable release of emotion seeing them live , them look to my wife and she is the same in tears intently looking at Tatiana dancing on the stage. Top notch crew
This is the BEST band on earth. Tati is best singer on earth..prettiest woman on earth. Vlad, best drummer..Eugene..top 3 best bassist ever. Roman...top 10 guitarist. Love this band.
Love this format. Audiotree has evolved so much and I think this is a great way to give more to the audience. Oh, by the way, I'm in love with Tatiana. Jinjer is a freaking awesome band.
Ill say this, the song “Teacher Teacher” I related to, cause as a kid I went to a school, where there was a lot of racial tensions…Im Native American…and I went to a school that was predominantly…Ill say it…black, I got a long with a few kids, but the other kids, would tap their mouths with their hands and make noises like as if they were “Indians”, my teacher put me in a small table in the corner facing the window for lunch, i was beaten up every day, i cried a lot, and one time i got beaten so bad, i was in the nurses office and the teachers stood up for the boys who beat me, and then i hear her singing gospel music, and telling other teachers about her church, and she was the meanest woman to me…so I related to that song Teacher Teacher…I was in the 5th grade….the beatings got so bad, we were forced to move to another city.
They've really hit their stride with their unique blend of 90s So Cal alternative, nü metal, and progressive death metal on Wallflower. Some of the most unique songs in the metal world right now. These songs sound great live. Incredible performance.
Jinjer carved and continues to carve their very own trail in the rock-metal-progressive realm of music, their uniqueness has made them shine and reach levels like no other band! they will be now and in the future a very strong reference and an inspiration for generations to come! they are so brutal in their music genious it's quite hard to believe this quality of music exists! but I'm so happy they do! I've only seen them live once 3 years ago, the show was an absolute insanity!
One day i'll have a band to say that it's not just a band, but all of my life there, and it'll be my job. Too much love for Jinjer, saudações do Brasil.
I have so much admiration and respect for what they've accomplished after all they've been through. God bless you all, and may you one day get your home back in Ukraine! 🙏❤❤❤
Guys you are my favorite band! You are the best band on the galaxy!! 🤘😎🤘 Good interview and sublime performance!! Que viva Jinjer!! 🎊 Saludos desde Mèxico!!
Their comments about cancellation should be clipped and released to TikTok. The importance of context is lost on many people now. Same things happen to movies. Many people no longer see movies as fictional interpretations. Every movie now has to say something and most of the time it had better be clear or it thrown to the heap for minor transgressions. Thanks for the video. As a major fan it gave me further awareness on what they go through for their craft 😊
Jinjer avoid dropping a flawless studio session on RUclips challenge (Impossible)
Haha they are something else
@@DeimosParadigm I really hope that they end up doing a Tiny Desk performance at some point.
