This is by far my favorite aged up Luffy design. He has influences from Shanks, Ace, his coats even reminiscent of a Marine Admirals coat, giving him influences from Garp as well! The coat having his devil fruit swirls all over the inside and the subtle nod to Luffy marrying Boa with the rings on their fingers, absolutely beautifully well done.
Unfortunately the creator of One Piece" has stated that he doesn't have plans for any of the straw hats to have relationships,because it would slow the progress of the story. So Boa can lust for Luffy all she wants,their ship ain't happening until the Eiichiro Oda" changes his mind.
Luffy allowing Katakuri to be the man he’s always hidden within would be a fantastic story arc. Especially since he already freed him from the burden of being unbeatable and never falling on his back.
i WAS excited to see Zoro’s ship but him not having one makes perfect sense. And that’s exactly what Perona is meant for: to get Zoro places and help him next time he decides to get close to death again

A big ship needs a bigger crew and to Zoro that’s probably not worth the hassle. The tiny boat also mirrors Mihawk’s coffin boat quite nicely. Just think how scary it would be to encounter this tiny tub with the world’s strongest swordsman. You would probably rather face a fleet of galleons.

Man poached two commanders, two heads of state, and Yamato, it’s one helluva crew. I wonder if Shanks is rolling with Buggy, Mihawk, Rayleigh, Shakky, and Kureha along with his crew
I like the idea that Katakuri joined up with the straw hat alliance after being able to step out of big mom's shadow. I always felt like he wasn't staying with her out of loyalty to her, but out of loyalty to his siblings, since he was basically protecting them from Big Mom's insanity. After her defeat, and out of respect for Luffy's strength and compassion (and bribery with Sanji's donuts) he chose to join up with the straw hats, thinking of it as almost a vacation from constantly fearing for the safety of his family.
If he bribed Luffy with Mochi he’d have an even stronger yonko with an even stronger crew than the Big Mom pirates protecting his whole family, considering how a single sandwich is probably enough to get him to topple the local government.
I feel it's really cool how you added all these Generals. Awesome to see that Luffy and Boa are married, you can tell by the identical rings on their ring fingers. Zoro looks cool, the lighter shade of green is interesting and it makes sense that Perona would go along with him, him being the strongest swordman in the world truly means he doesn't need a crew just like Mihawk. Tama is an awesome addition to the crew, as well as grown up Momo.
Tbf, all of the Straw Hats are "the strongest" now, especially Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and probably Yamato. That being said, Zoro not having a crew seems to be more of a him being an airhead rather than being the WGS. I'm worried about the crew that was entrusted to him, they're his responsibility, no wonder he needs Perona around lol.
Perona FOR SURE did not get asked to join, she just decided to. Excellent choice The nerd war I started in here is horrifying, but hey it got me 2.5k so I can’t complain

Zoro needs Perona in his crew. I’ve always thought of Zoro and Perona having a brother sister relationship. He needs someone to tell him when he is acting like a moron or when he is drinking or fighting too much. He also needs help navigating.

I was excited to see Zoro's ship since he's my favorite character but trading his ship for booze is so on character I can't even be disappointed. Gave me a good chuckle. Loved everything you made.
It scares me that this actually might just happen given how Zoro may just go up and sell his ship which is why I appreciate Perona being there to make sure he's not that lazy. Katakuri finally letting go of his insecurity with his appearance, Bartolomeo giving off some Doffy vibes but badass look anyways...the icing on this masterpiece of a cake was the tiny detail of giving both Luffy and Hancock wedding rings...
Zorro and Perona are a perfect pair. They balance each other out. Love the new Generals for Luffy's expanding crew. Especially his acting vice - General/Captain, Yamato. You put a lot of details into them. Plus, Boa Hancock looks soooooo pretty. I give you a 10 out of 10 on how made the Thousand Merry so grand. Luffy looks phenomenal. Especially with him eating a piece of meat.

It’s so realistic as well the marines are looking at Zoro’s bounty poster think that’s the worlds strongest swordsmen the right hand of the pirate king
This whole series of drawings was incredible. As a long time One Piece fan this made me so hopeful for the end of the series and to see what stories Oda has for us next. Sail on pirate king!
Tbh I would be fine with Oda not doing anything after one piece. He’d already have his masterpiece, and he’s been at it for Ssooooooo long. If he retired afterward he’d have earned it

Man, these are incredible. I'd actually love to see a '20 years later' series after the completion of One Piece. There's no way it should just end, even if we do take a break for a year or two.

Not a Luffy Simp BUT this would be an utterly devastating pirate crew! I don't think any other crew could stand up to them. Also, love that Katakuri and Alber both are that confident that Luffy and the entire Straw Hat pirates would accept and embrace their physical appearances. Absolutely love this for them.
Katakuri & King as generals in his fleet is a really nice touch & Zoro selling his ship for sake is an awesome call & attention to detail because of his character. Your character & ship designs are flawless! This is perfect!
Your art, creativity, and choices blow me away every time! I love how you struggled with Boa Hancock, as even Oda himself has admitted that she is one of, if not, the hardest characters for him to draw.

I love these videos. My only complaint is that everyone keeps drawing Luffy with his hat. I think that by the time Luffy is in his 40's and he accomplished his goal, he would given his hat away. Just like Roger gave it to Shanks and Shanks gave it to Luffy. It's kind of the destiny of the Straw Hat.
The Beads and the head scar were perfect choices, The head scar and the beads+Chest scar give a sense of Sabo and Ace with the Straw hat always screaming Luffy.
I really like the idea of Zoro having his own crew and also the fact that he would sell the ship in order to get more sake. Just what I would expect from my favorite character. Awesome job!😁👍

The homage to Merry is also really nice! Fantastic as always!

I'd imagine after law and kidd went to town on linlin, her children eventually saw weakness in her and left the big mom pirates to strike out on their own. In katakuri's case he started his own pirate crew, however he eventually ended up as an admiral of luffy's

I was really surprised by the Merry generals especially Alber(King) and everyone else. I didn't expect a part 3 so I am pleasantly surprised. Assumed Zoro would still be with Luffy but I can see him doing just what you drew. I am an anime only at the moment so please no spoilers

Not a Luffy Simp BUT this would be an utterly devastating pirate crew! I don't think any other crew could stand up to them.
Also, love that Katakuri and Alber both are that confident that Luffy and the entire Straw Hat pirates would accept and embrace their physical appearances. Absolutely love this for them.
Katakuri & King as generals in his fleet is a really nice touch & Zoro selling his ship for sake is an awesome call & attention to detail because of his character. Your character & ship designs are flawless! This is perfect!

I love these videos. My only complaint is that everyone keeps drawing Luffy with his hat. I think that by the time Luffy is in his 40's and he accomplished his goal, he would given his hat away. Just like Roger gave it to Shanks and Shanks gave it to Luffy. It's kind of the destiny of the Straw Hat.
As you drew luffy all I could think was wow he looks like Shanks! What an amazing vibe that was!

The Beads and the head scar were perfect choices, The head scar and the beads+Chest scar give a sense of Sabo and Ace with the Straw hat always screaming Luffy.
Love the lil details you added, like luffy and hancock wearing their wedding rings and i assume the pearl necklace is a tribute to Ace.

I'd imagine after law and kidd went to town on linlin, her children eventually saw weakness in her and left the big mom pirates to strike out on their own. In katakuri's case he started his own pirate crew, however he eventually ended up as an admiral of luffy's

Awesome designs, Luffy would not break up his main crew, I doubt he even cares to have a fleet, but if he did, this is definitely it!
