I'm definitely interested in seeing your follow-up results. I'm also quite interested in knowing more about stem cell treatment for joints (specifically knees). I had a sports injury 40+ years ago in one knee, leaving me with little cartilage now. I had prolotherapy treatments, but I need something that may promote more healing AND be more lasting. I am unable to enjoy my fitness walks (3 miles/37 min) and, in fact, now I can't walk without a limp (or pain) after 5 minutes. I AM taking your Joint Repair Bundle now (first month). Thank you for sharing your insight, guidance, and personal experiences.
@@carolynpowell5932 I had a knee replacement May 9 2022 and it’s been a disaster, avoid if possible, but most folks do fine. I heard an orthopedic surgeon on Peter Attia’s podcast say there’s a 15% dissatisfaction rate with TKR. I didn’t know it was that high. Good luck.
I went to Dream Body in Jan 2023 and had the exact same stem cell treatment for my back. I went for chronic low lumbar back pain. I have numerous structural issues including moderate to severe stenosis in sections. I am doing much better today...probably 70% improved. I love that you're doing a post MRI to see what is changed in yours spine.
Stem cells are very effective on major injuries such as fractures. Also as far as herniated disc, I had a severe lower back disc that was not able to move my leg properly and doctor was telling me that I have to do surgery. It is interesting that with 16 twice a week treatments of acupuncture, all that disc gone and my lower back was back to normal.
Hi did u do the stem cell using your own or bought and already processed at the clinic and the doctor injected to you? Your reviews will means the world for me🙏🏻
Thank you for this video! I felt way more sleepy than normal for 2 full days following my stem cell PRP treatment. But that’s likely from the sedation medication in my case. My knees already starting to feel better I’m very excited to have another treatment next month and see how I come along.
Hi from Australia I’ve got back issues, had one hip replacement over 15 years ago and the other is giving me grief also sciatica from by back to my heel. A friend is starting a stem cell repair for sciatica and was hoping to see how positive his outcome would be. I’m very interested on your outcome here. @Dr.Yoni Whitten I have lumbar spine pain. In 7/2022 i had a discectomy/laminectomy on L4/L5. Great results. 12/2023 had another mri taken and still herniated discs in L2 L3 and L3 L4 i do not want surgery again. This video is intriguing and would love more info regarding stem cells

I always love your videos, and I would LOVE to know more about your journey with stem cells! 20 years ago I fell snow skiing and herniated L5/S1 disc. It didn't respond to physical therapy so I had arthroscopic surgery to remove the damaged portion of my disc (about 1/3). It was a miracle surgery and I've been able to live a full, active life. BUT, if stem cell therapy could improve and support this disc, I would do it. Many thanks for sharing.
Thank you for your kind words and support! I'm so happy to hear that surgery produced such a great result for you! I've got a lot more stem cell-related content in the works!
Ty for sharing this informative video. I am a nurse and have severely herniated lumbar discs because of my line of work. I have been seriously considering stem cell therapy. I will into the deeam body clinic. Could you also please share your video on your complete rehabilitation program. Thank you so much.

I'm very interested in this therapy for my lower back as well. My thought is that after getting the stem cell therapy you should continue with your normal routines for the 6 month period. That way you would know if the stems cells really did anything. With all the other things u plan to do if there is improvement you will not know if it was just the stem cells that helped or if it was all the other things you are planning to do to improve your low back prognosis. Thanks for your time.
I completely understand your desire to control for other factors to determine whether or not the stem cells did anything. That's consistent with the scientific method. However, I'm a clinician and my primary concern is always getting the best possible outcome. Often times, that involves overlapping complimentary rehabilitation strategies.
Yoni, I would LOVE to see the results of your Jan. 2023 MRI. I searched for this video today, specifically because I have NOT been able to 'fix' my lower back pain through stretching and strengthening routines. I know that I have at least one 'compromised' disc in there, but have been able to live 'pain-free enough' to continue a reasonably active lifestyle (pickleball being my main form of exercise). Lately, I'm 'living scared'...not sure when it's going to bite me and put me temporarily out of commission, but it's happening more and more frequently lately. I truly appreciate your videos...thanks so much!!
I would like to receive your after stem celll injection regime as I will be getting treatment in February and would love to maximize the benefit as well. Thank you!!
Thank you so much for your video I was wondering about this clinic when I came across it doing my research. It's nice to know someone has experienced it. But I do have a question, what are the potential downsides and what if something goes wrong and what can go wrong with the treatment? And what happens if it does go wrong? Looking at the Google reviews there are not many negative comments which is good but the responses to such comments are a little lacking perhaps. I really like the transparent pricing of this clinic and the fact that the owner also uses the treatments himself and on his family. But there is still concern at the end of the day this is a medical procedure and one can't afford for anything to go wrong really.
Like many others, I am interested in seeing your follow-up results. I am also interested in alternative locations you may recommend for stem cell therapy, as not everyone can afford to travel to Mexico. Adding a trip like that (air fare, accommodations, etc) to the total cost of treatment might be out of my reach
Thank you! My post-treatment MRI is complete and the follow-up video is coming soon! I do understand that travel costs can add up - however, given that stem cell therapy is significantly less expensive in Mexico and that many people have to travel domestically to get to a reputable clinic - it's usually well worth it.
My friend I have watched your video and I've tried to download the book you so kindly offered to us all comma in fact I intend to read everything that you written and all your videos because I have a severe herniated disc that I'm looking at getting treatment, possibly a complete disc replacement, I also have three other herniated discs which are nowhere near as bad as the l4 l5
I am hoping to go in January for their hundred million unit IV. In May I went to stemaid in Jose del Cabo, six months later I am very impressed with the results.
Thank you for your comprehensive video Dr. Yoni. I would love to see your next video when comparing your 6 months MRI results. I would also like to get a copy of your complete Rehabilitation Program.
Would like to know more about rehab you are doing. I recently had 'disc seel' procedure on all my lumbar discs. This is a regenerative procedure using our fibrin in our blood to heal damaged discs. Also received PRP in adjacent ligaments and muscles. So far so good!
@sherrillgardner7464 hey sherrillgardner , how are you feeling after the discseel procedure ? How long has it been ? I did a similar thing - spine renu here in PA , USA. thanks -Dimi
Hi Dimi; I feel great. It has been almost 6 weeks. I had this done in Avila Beach CA. I am 67 and am glad I did this. My main issues is osteoarthritis and wish the doc could do more for my hip ! But that is too far gone for regenerative approach apparently. @@dimitaryanakiev9625
Thanks for sharing, Sherrill! I haven't read much about the disc seel procedure but I'm glad to hear it went well for you and I'm excited to learn more about it.
Like many others, I am interested in seeing your follow-up results. I am also interested in alternative locations you may recommend for stem cell therapy, as not everyone can afford to travel to Mexico. Adding a trip like that (air fare, accommodations, etc) to the total cost of treatment is way out of my reach. My knees are yearning for relief though!
Follow-up video is coming soon. If you're in North America, the treatment even with travel included, is significantly less expensive than a similar stem cell treatment in the US (which many Americans would have to travel to another city/ state to get anyway).
Seriously? Mexico is literally one of the cheapest "international destinations" you can travel to, which is why we go there multiple times a year. A flight from Fort Lauderdale is only $200, and with a JetBlue credit card you can fly free on the points. A week in Orlando is twice as expensive as a great all-inclusive resort in Mexico, so if that is way out of your reach, then I would suggest a bottle of Advil and forget stem cells.
Thanks for this video. I've been following information about stem cells for years. As a retired medical researcher who switched to natural medicine in the '90s, I love this kind of video and follow-up info. This is truly a public service you're providing. I am definitely interested in any additional info on your stem cell journey. I am still very active at age 70 & both enjoy and learn from your videos. If any of your suggestions seem to apply to my body, I definitely try them. It's great stuff! Take care.
Thanks very much, Deborah! Like you, I am fascinated by stem cells and what the future holds for regenerative medicine. I have a lot more stem cell related information on the way!
Great. Thanks for the info. Im going to Colombia & in dec. I plan to do this. The cells will be from my new baby. Im hoping it works, I hurt bad. Where did you do yours?
Dr. Whiten, I'm highly interested on where you had this procedure done. I've been looking into this for the past last 1yr. Please forward me the information I would really appreciate it.
I found your 2 videos that I watched on stem cell fascinating and very informative. I am looking at stem cells for both my knees mainly for osteoarthritis I would like to know more info on the donor stem cell being used ....in that what would the downside be ? I assume the donor stem cells are thoroughly checked for any medical issues? What are the rejection issues with the donor cells? or are there none because the facility is using embryonic stem cells? I'm interested in your follow up procedure, and also the protocols you'll be using in the meantime. Especially whatever the high tech gadget is that you mentioned. Thank you so much for sharing all this info with all of your viewers. looking at stem cell

Really interesting thank you and thank you for being open about the after effects and cost too - look forward to hearing the results in Dec and hope it helps you - thank you

Thank you for sharing. Yes , please reveal the outcome in 6 months - very interested. I am also interested to know if the harvested stem cell donors are receiving payment.
Thanks very much, Yoni! I've been fascinated by stem cell therapy since your initial interview with Josh. Please let us know more, especially the exact protocol to maximise results. I'm definitely planning to go soon!
Dr. Yoni: I have been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and I would be interested in watching your Video with your follow up results in December, 2023. Thank you.
It's a great question, Aaron! The scientist in me would love to isolate as many variables as possible and attempt to measure the effect of the injections alone. But, I am a clinician first and the clinician in me is more concerned achieving the best possible outcome. Like the chef that's trying to create the perfect recipe - they're not hyper-focused on the taste of each & every ingredient - they want the end result to be an amazing experience. What I am most interested in, is seeing if I can create a kind of "gold standard" for lumbar spine rehabilitation.
As a clinician I too will use multiple approaches simultaneously to creat a positive outcome-and yet, to know which variables are essential and which optional, in the context of an expensive intervention such a stem cells, one would like certainty, nes pas?
It really depends@@AaronFlickstein. If you're asking "Are stem cells necessary?" - That, of course, would need to be determined on a case-by-case basis and it would depend on the type of issues a person is having and the severity of those issues. Stem cell therapy is not a cure-all, nor is it well-suited (or even appropriate) for every condition. But, my starting point for this video was for someone who's done their research, determined that stem cell therapy is a good fit and they want to do as many things as possible to help ensure the best possible outcome from their procedure. For example, if someone were to undergo stem cell therapy for ulcerative colitis - we would encourage the use of dietary and supplementation strategies to support the body throughout the healing process. To me, if we're spending a lot of money on a procedure like this, it makes sense to take steps to help guarantee a positive result.
love this... hoping to go the clinic next year. i have a slight tear in the cartilagenous ring of the L4-L5 disc... mild to mod. pain with only some activities (dancing, i am a contact improv dancer). last year i had autologous stem cells (adipose derived) for a meniscal tear and have had about 100% recovery.... excited about the dream clinic possibilities... and seeing your follow up MRI!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and planned future follow up MRI. I've recently looked into stem cells for my two discs (L4/L5 & L5/S1). They showed 5mm bulge about 7 years ago, but I've been in pain much longer. Were you experiencing pain prior to this procedure thinking it was Spondylolysis, only to find it was the bulging discs instead? Is there less pain now?
Thanks for asking! I wasn't really having pain. There was occasional stiffness after some of my heavier sessions at the gym. This treatment for me was more about prevention. Follow-up video is coming soon!
Can you tell us about the procedure being in Mexico? It's the airport nearby? Do you stay in the building the whole time? You feel unsafe at any time? Did you take a family member with you for security?
Great question, Dawn. The clinic is located about 25 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta International Airport. It's a tourist town, right on the beach and it's very safe. I went all around town, enjoyed many great restaurants & cafes, visited many of the local beaches & surrounding areas. I never felt unsafe at any time.
Very interested in your follow up plan. Spinal Fusion T4 to L4 in 1983. Now need additional surgery but osteoporosis makes this impossible. Searching for options.
Thanks Dr. Yoni, I'm fascinated to know how you go. I have multiple back issues, living in Australia it's no doubt somewhat different but all information is helpful.
Where did you get the stem cell treatment? Also do you think stem cells would help SIJ instability? I've had it for 2 years and have tried prolotherapy a couple of times and physical therapy for both years. I am almost positive I either have micro ligament tears, or stretched ligaments. Thanks for the great video!
My treatment was done at Dream Body Clinic - dreambody.clinic/ In theory, prolotherapy would be a better fit for SIJ instability than stem cell therapy. But for most people, balancing & strengthening the pelvis, avoiding potentially damaging activities/positions and using SIJ belt for a period of time to allow the ligaments to tighten back up would yield a better result and cost much less.
thanks for the reply sir! but see that's the problem... I have tried a belt and pelvis strengthening exercises, and it hasn't worked. So that's why I have no idea on what to do. And why do you think prolo would work better than stem cells for my ligaments? Wouldn't stem cells be more effective in healing the micro-torn or stretched ligaments? @@painfixprotocol
@@painfixprotocol sorry to bother you, but again, wouldn't stem cells and and prp help heal ligaments? couldn't they tighten them up so I'm not hypermobile.
Thank you for another interesting and intriguing video. I was diagnosed today with spinal stenosis. While you wait for your results, can you recommend the best practices, technology, supplements, traction, etc. for stenosis? What do you think of inversion tables for stenosis? Thanks Yoni.
You're most welcome, Steven! Spinal stenosis is a challenging condition to work with and there's a lot to cover. Far too much for a simple comment. But it would make a great topic for a future video - I'm adding it to my list.
Even though it looks like my back pain is due to arthritis causing the stenosis, actual pieces of bone or discs pushing on my nerves apparantly, do you think your "Pain Fix Protocol" would be helpful? Thanks@@painfixprotocol
Great video Thank you, I have Spondylolisthesis of my lower spine, which I try to treat with strengthening exercises, so great to hear about Stem cell treatment.
When it comes to stem cell therapy, the country in which you choose to receive treatment will have a significant impact on the type and amount of cells you receive as well as the cost of the procedure. All of that information is covered in my eBook - painfixprotocol.com/stem-cell-mistakes-ebook/
Did they inject your discs directly? Or just in the back muscles? Epidural? Thanks, look forward to your next MRI as I too plan on having this procedure for the exact same bulging discs as you
Good question, Andrew! The injection I received were intramuscular. According to the clinic, they've done the procedure both ways - with direct disc injections and intramuscular - and the results are the same. The follow up MRI is coming soon so we'll get to see!
I’m surprised you don’t have pain and/or limitations considering those 6mm and 5mm bulges are some big boys! How soon after your procedure were you able to return to exercising? And did you experience any back spasms in the days after? Sorry for all the questions, just know I appreciate the info. I’ll be getting the stem cells injected directly into my discs (L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1) along with PRP shots in the epidural space. I will for sure get a post MRI at the 6 month mark too as well as one year later
Thanks for the informative video! I'm interested in your follow up procedure, and also the protocols you'll be using in the meantime. Especially whatever the high tech gadget is that you mentioned.
So where exactly is Dream Body, because when I Google it, all I find is a plastic surgery clinic in Miami? When you mentioned the cost, the fact you compared it to US pricing would imply it is outside of the US, so not likely it's the Miami location.
Great question! Yes. Prior to having my shoulder done, I consulted with two large Stem Cell clinics in the US. I also had second-hand experience (through patients of mine) with a couple of clinics based in Utah. After talking with their staff, hearing the way they answered my questions and speaking to several people who had undergone treatment there I decided on Dream Body.
Hi, yes I would like to know more. I have this in most of my spine! The pain I'm going thru every day is well I can say it's horrible! I'm in the Netherlands and doctors say I have to live with it. I am not able to work, do sports, walk, ride my bicycle, swim etc etc from 35 years and I am 53 now. My life is over really and that's very hard, it is very hard to see everybody live their dream while I'm living a nightmare 😭. It is just not possible to live like this to be honest, all I get are painkillers because they say they're is nothing we can do about this. I was a hair dresser with my own shop so I was standing and walking from 16 to 35 and than in 1 year it came out. My father had the same and doctors tell me that my case is so bad that I have a spine from a 80 year old! I watched your video and was thinking it's there something like this in the Netherlands! I would do anything just to have a bit less pain day and night which painkillers don't even help! The nerve pain in my legs and spine are really hard to live with. Do you have so more information about this treatment? Or a name from a hospital which I can contact? That would be fantastic, thank you for sharing this. It gives a bit of hope 😢 With kind regards, Rienus van Biene
So sorry to hear of your condition, Rienus! I'm glad this video gives you some hope. The clinic I went to is located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and here's the link: dreambody.clinic/
I had an accident that crushed and compacted (to 60% original height) and complex fractured my L1 vertebra. Would I a be candidate for stem cell make over or is this treatment more focused on nerves, cartilage and tissue repair rather than bones?
This is a really great question! I don't know what would be possible with a crush injury of this type. My recommendation would be to reach out to the experts at Dream Body and a couple of other stem cell clinics and ask if they've dealt with situations like your before and what were the results.
Would love to hear more about your rehab program. PEMF to be used? I hang my ALMAG from my knees most working days and it sorted my meniscus problems in a place which normally gets no blood flow (both knees)10 years to sort but back to squatting high reps (so not heavy anymore - age 56).
Hard to say without an examination and lots more info. My strong recommendation would be to consult with a few reputable clinics & see what they say and what kind of success they've had with people in similar circumstances.
Stem cell therapy could be very helpful for you, Ryan. See this recent article that discusses treatment for AS: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10101200/
I have osteoporosis with 3 compressed disc fractures in my lower thoracic spine. This happened one year ago and I'm still having pain in that area. Do you think this procedure would benefit me? I'm a 72 year old lady.
Sorry to hear of your injuries, Regina. I'm not sure is stem cell therapy is good fit for compression fractures, right now. There's only one study that I'm aware of that looked at using stem cells to improve healing of fractures and it was done in animals: www.science.org/doi/10.1126/scitranslmed.aal3128 My recommendation would be to reach out to 2-3 reputable clinics and ask if they can help you.
Was wondering if stem cells is beneficial for my c6,c7 herniated disc. I don’t know what to believe. So many info online and I’m trying to avoid surgery as much as I can

Trying to find your regiment you apples after the procedure. Also regarding the 100 million stem cells IV, wouldn’t most those cells have gotten. Stuck in the lungs bc of the first pass proceeds?
Here's the video where I discuss my rehab routine - ruclips.net/video/xN8nSg4d9Uc/видео.html There's quite a bit of research at this point demonstrating the efficacy of IV stem cells for a host of different conditions - like this study study on patients with heart failure: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28974553/
Thank you for the quick response. That seems to have been a pretty good deal for the price. I have a consultation with R3 (In Tijuana) next week for my lumbar and thoracic area. I would like to get in contact with Dream Body as well if possible. R3 offered 50 million. Stem cells, 30 billion exosomes and PRP for $4,800.
@bigernmmm1 Great! Speaking to a few reputable clinics and seeing what they have to offer, prices and prognosis of dealing with patients with similar conditions can only help you.
My Grade I spondy was diagnosed from x-ray 23 years ago. MRI imaging (before my treatment) showed no forward slippage and no spondylolisthesis. I'm not aware of any research showing that stem cell therapy is effective for treating spondylolisthesis. However, in the acute stage, a case could certainly be made.
Where is this facility?, are they all over? I have spinal stenosis and pain, stiffness and general lack of mobility in my lower back. If it works, 7,500 would be a pretty good deal.
Dr Yoni I really like your videos, thank you. I'm trying to find the part of the joint video with Josh at DBC where you talk about prolotherapy that can go wrong - where there is growth where you don't want growth. I had 12 injections of it into my cervical spine as well as into my facial cheek nerve - in the space of about 2 days I experienced a 'wilting' 'tightening' sensation around the ligaments of my head/ jaws/ cervical spine/ spine/ and breastbone - which has left me with tinnitus and lots of popping and cracking including eustachian popping when i rotate my head or speak, it's a nightmare - now over 18 months ago.. my question is whether it will ever wear off!!?? Or if you think stem cells would help at all?? (and no doctor will discuss prolotherapy with me!)
@@painfixprotocol That's it, thanks a lot! So the prolotherapy has potentially caused my ligaments to tighten up/ maybe scar.. through inflammation.. the big question is how to undo that.. I'm on an anti-inflammatory supplements glucosamine and chondroitin with boswellia but no changes... FML :(
I'm interested in your spinal makeover protocal. I am considering Stem cell therapy.. I have had two Cavernous Malformation Resections 2001 and 2003 likely caused by radiation therapy for hodgkins in 1991 and have neurological damage that left me with drop foot, an AFO, and mobility issues...

Great question, Lisa! Exosomes are another very exciting prospect for regenerative medicine. According to this paper "Exosomes have the potential to be a more beneficial treatment than stem cell-based therapies..." www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8471333/ Limitations at this point seem to be that all of the available research has been done on animal subjects. But I'm eager to see what future holds.

I have lumbar spine pain. In 7/2022 i had a discectomy/laminectomy on L4/L5. Great results. 12/2023 had another mri taken and still herniated discs in L2 L3 and L3 L4 i do not want surgery again. This video is intriguing and would love more info regarding stem cells
Thanks for reaching out! I have an entire playlist of videos dedicated to stem cells. Here's the link: ruclips.net/p/PL1rO7vW04HUAZH8IvJaFfenqspheJvG-b
Love to see your full treatment and recovery plan
Thank you! The follow-up video is coming soon!

Looking forward to the follow-up,i'm suffering from Lumbar disc herniation😢
That video is coming soon. Stay tuned!
I would like to see a video of your complete rehabilitation program
You can see that video here: ruclips.net/video/xN8nSg4d9Uc/видео.html
You're very welcome, dk! The stem cell follow-up video with post-rehab MRI is coming in December. Stay tuned!

Cheers Joel! Wishing you a speedy resolution!

What are the rejection issues with the donor cells? or are there none because the facility is using embryonic stem cells?

Thanks a lot! I've got a lot more stem cell-related content in the works!
How will you distinguish which results came from your post-injections rehab and which from the injections alone?
It's a great question, Aaron! The scientist in me would love to isolate as many variables as possible and attempt to measure the effect of the injections alone. But, I am a clinician first and the clinician in me is more concerned achieving the best possible outcome. Like the chef that's trying to create the perfect recipe - they're not hyper-focused on the taste of each & every ingredient - they want the end result to be an amazing experience. What I am most interested in, is seeing if I can create a kind of "gold standard" for lumbar spine rehabilitation.
@@painfixprotocol
I would love to see the progress of your TX. Thanks for sharing!

Can you lengthen the spinal column to grow taller??

Welcome aboard! So glad you're here!

Hi mate did you get the latest MRI and have you seen a big difference I’ve got the same thanks
My treatment was done at Dream Body Clinic - dreambody.clinic/
In theory, prolotherapy would be a better fit for SIJ instability than stem cell therapy.

You're most welcome, Steven! Spinal stenosis is a challenging condition to work with and there's a lot to cover. Far too much for a simple comment. But it would make a great topic for a future video - I'm adding it to my list.

When it comes to stem cell therapy, the country in which you choose to receive treatment will have a significant impact on the type and amount of cells you receive as well as the cost of the procedure. All of that information is covered in my eBook - painfixprotocol.com/stem-cell-mistakes-ebook/
What do you think about Redox Signaling Molecules?
I haven't read enough about them to have an opinion.

So where exactly is Dream Body, because when I Google it, all I find is a plastic surgery clinic in Miami? When you mentioned the cost, the fact you compared it to US pricing would imply it is outside of the US, so not likely it's the Miami location.
Here's the info: dreambody.clinic/
Did you consult with any other stem cell facilities and why did you choose Dream Body?? Thank you
Great question!
It gives a bit of hope 😢

I had an accident that crushed and compacted (to 60% original height) and complex fractured my L1 vertebra. Would I a be candidate for stem cell make over or is this treatment more focused on nerves, cartilage and tissue repair rather than bones?

Sorry to hear of your injuries, Regina. I'm not sure is stem cell therapy is good fit for compression fractures, right now. There's only one study that I'm aware of that looked at using stem cells to improve healing of fractures and it was done in animals: www.science.org/doi/10.1126/scitranslmed.aal3128

Dr do these work to heal fractured spine / pars defect ?
My Grade I spondy was diagnosed from x-ray 23 years ago. MRI imaging (before my treatment) showed no forward slippage and no spondylolisthesis. I'm not aware of any research showing that stem cell therapy is effective for treating spondylolisthesis. However, in the acute stage, a case could certainly be made.
Where is this facility?, are they all over? I have spinal stenosis and pain, stiffness and general lack of mobility in my lower back. If it works, 7,500 would be a pretty good deal.
I went Dream Body Clinic for my treatment. I believe they only have one location. Here's a link for more information: dreambody.clinic/
Would this work for cervical spine?
Yes. Stem cell therapy can be very effective in the cervical spine.
Thank you, Matthew!
In this video Josh and I talk about Prolotherapy starting at 25:14
I hope it helps!

The rehab protocol video is coming soon!
Pros/cons of your own stem cells (available in USA) and cord stem cells (available in Mexico)
Great suggestion @kbp189! I'm currently creating a video that talks all about that.
Hello, I had a serious auto accident almost a year ago. I am getting ready to enroll in your Pain Fix Protocol. I also had stem cell injections 3 months ago, so I am interested in knowing what your stem cell protocol is that you set for yourself. Any advice you have is appreciated, as I am trying to heal myself. I am also using my infra red sauna and will start back on my vibrational plate soon. Thank you!! Marcie
Welcome to the community, Marcie! The stem cell rehab video is coming very soon!

Happy to help!

What are your thoughts on exosomes versus stem cells?
Great question, Lisa! Exosomes are another very exciting prospect for regenerative medicine. According to this paper "Exosomes have the potential to be a more beneficial treatment than stem cell-based therapies..." www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8471333/
Limitations at this point seem to be that all of the available research has been done on animal subjects. But I'm eager to see what future holds.
Thank you, ill read it!
You're most welcome!
